Prices too high
Oh my gosh, please don't buy from that website! The prices are crazy high, like seriously, it's unbelievable! And get this, you can't even cancel orders or return items! Like, what kind of store is that? The customer service is a total mess, they don't even make an effort to assist you. So, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, alright?
Disk purchase
I bought a disk from this store recently, and man, was I disappointed! The finger groove meant to help you pull out the disk doesn't grip well at all. It's always slipping, making it a real pain to get the disk out. And when I tried to contact customer service to get some help, all they told me was to read some articles instead of giving me direct assistance. Talk about a letdown! I definitely wouldn't recommend buying this disk because of its design flaws and the lack of good customer service.
Skincare products
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company! I decided to give their skincare products a shot and it was a total disaster. The whole process of ordering was a mess - they lured me in with misleading prices and false promises of savings, only for me to later realize it was all a scam. The products themselves were awful, causing my skin to breakout like never before. And don't even get me started on their customer service - it was practically non-existent. I've tried multiple times to cancel my subscription with no luck, as they completely ignore my requests for help. It's like they couldn't care less about their customers. I'm fed up and might have to take drastic measures to stop them from charging my account. Avoid the headache and stay away from this nightmare of a company!
