expensive clothing, inaccurate colors
I bought some stuff from this store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down. The clothes I got were way pricier than I thought they'd be, and the colors were totally off from what I saw online. And get this, they ask for reviews but only post the good ones! Seems shady, if you ask me. I wouldn't suggest this store to anyone, to be honest.
Cancelled item trouble
I had the worst time trying to cancel this thing! I mean, come on, shouldn't it be easier to cancel stuff? I called and called, but no one ever answered the phone. I even sent an email, but got no reply. They went ahead and sent the item anyway, so now I have to pay to ship it back. So frustrating! I was so angry, I swore I'd never buy from them again. But then, a few days later, they sent me an email saying I could just keep the item and they'd refund me. I mean, that's nice of them and all, but still... they could've been more clear and responsive from the get-go!
