Dermalogica: A Solid Skincare Choice
I've been using Dermalogica products for a few years now and overall, I'm pretty happy with them. The ingredients in their products are top-notch and they seem to work well for my skin.
One thing that I particularly like is that they have a wide range of products to choose from, so I can find something that works for whatever skin concerns I might have at the time.
I will say, however, that their products can be a bit on the pricey side. I definitely have to budget for them and sometimes have to skip out on purchasing certain items because of the cost.
But overall, I think Dermalogica is a solid choice for skincare. The quality is there and my skin has definitely benefited from using their products.Quick and easy purchase
I thought this company was okay. I didn't have any amazing experiences to tell you about. The item I was looking for was in stock and I was able to find it pretty easily using their search tools. The prices seemed fair and checking out was a breeze. I didn't need to contact customer service, but I could find a lot of helpful info on their website. All in all, it was a simple purchase without any big issues.

I recently bought some skincare stuff from this company, and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by their customer service. Even though I used their website for my country, turns out the products were coming from somewhere else, and they didn't mention that. I tried reaching out to them about it a few times, but it's been 6 days and still no response. It's super annoying as a customer about to drop some serious cash.
Online order for skincare products
So, I decided to order some skincare stuff online, and man, let me tell you, the customer service was a major letdown. First off, they didn't tell me about the shipping charges upfront when I was checking out. When I called to ask about it, they said they'd make it up to me somehow, but that never happened. And when I wanted info on some products, the person I talked to straight up admitted they didn't know much and said they'd send me an email with the details, but that never came through either. All in all, I was not impressed with their lack of professionalism, especially for a company that's supposed to be top-notch.
