I kept the curtains, but I won't be ordering from them again. I say that before the story because that's the part that mattered most to me. So there I was, in the middle of a chaotic week, trying to swap out some sad old curtains for something that actually blocks morning light — and it turned into a small drama. My card showed a full hold, then an email said only part was charged and they needed another card for the rest, or they'd reroute the shipment back to the warehouse. I felt weird giving a second card since the full amount still showed pending, tried to explain that on the phone, and the rep was... blunt. Not helpful, kind of defensive, and honestly a bit rude.
I asked them to cancel, refund, and reroute; they insisted I hadn't been charged correctly. In the end my card was only charged for part of the order and I received one box of curtains. So now I have decent curtains in the living room that do the job — block light, hide the mess, look okay — but also a bad aftertaste from the interaction. They're functional, not perfect (a hem was a bit crooked), but I didn't want to deal with returns and more calls, so I kept them. Works for my daily routine, just not their customer service.Not worth the hassle

I opened a chat and they said the site needed updates and to try again in a couple hours. Okay fine, I checked back later, the price finally showed correctly, I added the blankets, completed the checkout, felt relieved for a minute — and then about thirty minutes later I got an email saying my order was cancelled because the items had "sold out." Sold out? But I literally just bought them. That part left me baffled and annoyed. The chat reps weren't rude, they tried to explain system glitches, and they offered 15% off a future order. That felt like a shrug though, not real help, because I didn't get what I paid for. To complicate things, the charge is still pending on my card a few days later, so now I'm waiting for that to clear while I still have no blankets. So yeah, not perfect, not smooth, but not hostile either — just sloppy. My advice: if you see a deal here, screenshot everything and be ready to chase them, or maybe look elsewhere. I probably won't risk it again unless they fix this.
