I started using this Asus Chromebook a few weeks ago for emails, streaming, and some work while I’m out of the house. The first thing I noticed was how light it feels. I can toss it in my bag without thinking about it, which is honestly nice. It turns on really fast too, so there’s no waiting around when I just need to check something. The keyboard took me a day or two to get used to, but it’s comfortable now, and the trackpad works smoothly. Battery life has been better than I expected; I usually get through most of the day without hunting for a charger. Ordering from DirectDeals was simple, and it showed up sooner than I thought it would. Good little laptop for the price.
The support made the difference
I started setting it up the same evening it arrived, and the download part was a little confusing at first. Delivery itself was quick, though. I emailed support expecting a long wait, but they replied by the next morning with clear steps that actually matched what I saw on screen. That was the unexpected good part. The installation still felt a bit clunky, but once I slowed down, it worked fine.
