Iphone replacement screens
I bought two new screens for my iPhone from this company not too long ago. One of them crapped out on me after just a few months, which was a major bummer. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement screen, but it was dead on arrival. Even though I showed them proof that I returned the faulty screen, they claimed they never got it. The rep I talked to just wouldn't let go of the idea of sending me another screen, even though that wasn't the plan. My whole ordeal with this company was super frustrating and I definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

Expanding phone battery
So, I had this thing happen to me not too long ago - my phone battery decided to swell up and get all hot after only 2 months of using it. Pretty sketchy, right? Well, I played it safe and reached out to DirectFix asking for a refund. But man, they only offered to refund the battery itself, not the shipping or the adhesive I got with it. Now I gotta drop more cash on buying that adhesive again, which is a real pain. Plus, their customer service was kind of a letdown. They didn't even acknowledge the fact that the battery was junk and put me at risk as a customer. Talk about frustrating.
