comfortable, solid, nothing gimmicky. The whole journey could've been smoother. Communication at the start was weak. But the final delivery and the person who sorted things out turned this into a decent experience. Still, I'm relieved it ended well, and the mattress feels great.
Finally fixed my sore back — but what a saga
I bought this topper because moving and a bad mattress had my lower back in knots. Ordering was easy enough, and I admit, once it showed up the extra cushioning made a big difference — really, my mornings are way better now. I was nervous because I'd had a nightmare with another seller before, so I checked the tracking obsessively, then forgot about it, then remembered, ha. That said, delivery was painfully slow and their updates were basically non-existent; I called and got stuck on hold, emailed and got generic "out of parts" replies. No real apology, which annoyed me. So overall, the product did what I needed and helped my back, but the process was messy. If you're patient, give it a shot; if you need fast answers, maybe not.
Not ordering again
I’m done with them — not buying again. I ordered a mattress topper on February 9 because I wanted something to help my lower back; I was actually looking forward to it and figured 2–4 weeks was fine. Payment left my account the second I clicked, no problems there, but that's also where things went sideways. By April 2 I still didn't have a dispatch notice and no topper. I sent a bunch of emails to support, got one reply saying new stock came in on March 22 and dispatch would happen soon — again, nothing. It’s frustrating because if an item isn't available, just don't charge me until it's ready to ship, right? The whole point was better sleep and they’ve managed to make me more anxious waiting for this thing. I get delays happen, but the lack of updates and the slow replies were annoying and felt sloppy. Small things like a tracking number or a real timeline would have helped. So yeah, first order and probably last. Kinda disappointing.
Sagging, paperwork mess, and slow replies
mattress comfort was the main issue. Feels off, sags too quickly, not the memory-foam experience advertised. The paperwork hiccup and patchy customer service made the whole thing more annoying. I wanted it to be better. It wasn’t. Still, delivery itself was okay and I appreciate the resend of the invoice when I asked, even if the rest dragged on.
Bought for my back — no topper, no refund
I never got the topper and I never got my money back. I needed this because my lower back had been acting up for months and I thought a mattress topper would help (figured it was an easy fix). I ordered from the Irish site in December 2022 and the 28-day delivery window came and went. I chased them every month — emails, phone calls, letters — and kept being told the same vague stuff or nothing at all. Eventually they said the company went into liquidation and refused a refund. My bank refused a chargeback too, which was the final straw. This dragged on for about eleven months and cost me €299 plus phone and postage costs and a ridiculous amount of my time. I'm definitely annoyed, and skeptical of big brand names now, but also a bit satisfied I pushed every channel and now at least I know the outcome (not the outcome I wanted, though). Takeaway: if you’re ordering from abroad, double-check who you’re dealing with — learn from my mistake.
