Gift items purchased
I just ordered some gift items from this company, including Stasher bags and water bottles. The package came well-packed and everything was in stock, so I got my order super fast. Their prices were pretty good, especially for the cool stuff they have. I was really pleased with my experience and will definitely shop here again.
Water filter purchase
I just bought a water filter from Eartheasy, as well as one from a UK-based company. What surprised me was that the filter from the UK got to New Mexico before the one from Eartheasy did. It was kind of a letdown and frustrating because I was hoping for better service from them. It's a bummer when a company that talks about being environmentally friendly and sustainable can't get my order to me on time. I really hope they step up their game with shipping so customers like me are happier in the future.
360 Worm Factory
I’m very happy with my purchase, shipping was delayed a couple days, however their customer service was excellent they were lovely to deal with.

They would not allow return of an unused Worm Factory 360 even though their website doesn't specifically say this item is not returnable. On their return policy page, it states that some items are not returnable. However "some items" are very vague words. I suggest you write to them first to find out if an item is returnable unless it doesn't work out. In my case, I told them that the product is unused and I will pay return shipping. They came back recommending me to sell the item I bought from them on ebay. How convenient for them to say that. I will never buy from this company again. Amazon would handle it better than them.
Worm Factory 360
Just waiting on my delivery of Red Wigglers to get started. Do far the customer service has been really good. I'll let you know but so far very good. It was a gift for my birthday, so not sure about the ordering part.
