Quick delivery of promotional items
I was in a crunch for some promo items for an event, and iPromo really came through for me. Even with the tight deadline, my order got to me super quick, actually earlier than I thought. Three pairs of quality leather shoes
I just bought three pairs of shoes from this store and I have to say, I'm really impressed with the quality. The leather they used feels amazing and smells luxurious, which makes the price totally worth it. Not only are they comfortable, but the design is also getting a lot of compliments when I wear them. I did have a small problem with the laces on one pair, but the customer service team was super helpful and fixed it quickly. I can't speak to how long they'll last yet, but I'm sure that with the right leather care, they'll stick with me for a while.

Pause Necklace
I bought the Pause Necklace as a Christmas gift for my daughters first. They absolutely loved it and wear it every day, saying it's the most meaningful gift they've ever gotten. Sleep tracking device purchase
The sleep tracking device is actually pretty cool because it tracks all kinds of sleep stuff and shows you a graph of your night on the phone app. You wear it on your finger while you sleep, and it's lightweight and hardly noticeable. At first, it was a little annoying to sleep with, but I think you'd get used to it eventually. It gives way more data than other sleep monitors I've tried, but I can't really say how accurate it is.

While I was at the hotel not too long ago, I gotta say, I was really impressed by the customer service from Jordan and Kate at the front desk. They were quick to help, great at communicating, and always ready to assist. Jordan and Kate were so polite, attentive, and professional when dealing with me. It was clear they really cared about making sure I was taken care of and had a good time at the hotel. I've been coming here for a while now, and I have to give props to Jordan and Kate for being such valuable members of the team.

When I tried to get in touch with customer service, I got a bunch of different answers that didn't help me one bit. Their lack of clear communication and consistency really drove me up the wall. It's just not cool for a company to make all these promises they can't make good on and then dodge responsibility when they get caught.

It's like, seriously? And then their customer service is practically non-existent. I called, I emailed, and still couldn't get a receipt or any shipping information. They can't even distinguish between order numbers and tracking numbers. It's so frustrating, you know?

Sketchy transparency
This company talks a big game about being open and trustworthy, but when it comes down to sharing solid info about their product safety, they're not delivering. I was eyeing their Plant Collagen product, which has rice bran solubles with high arsenic levels. I tried to get a straight answer on how much arsenic was in there, but they dodged the question. Instead, they just said they wouldn't sell something they wouldn't personally use. Well, why should I just take their word for it? If they're so open and trustworthy, they should be able to prove it with real facts. It's sketchy that they talk about third-party testing but won't show us what the tests found. What's the point of testing if we can't see the results? We shouldn't have to settle for this lack of transparency, especially when it affects our health.
