Clothing - don't trust Elie Tahari (going out of business?)
Elie Tahari almost impossible to reach. It's easy to make a purchase, but you can no longer call them by phone or talk to them on Live Chat, and it is very, very difficult to reach them by email. I finally received a reply to an email, but have not received a reply to that reply, and it has been 2 days. Don't buy anything from them unless you definitely know you won't want to return or exchange it. I think they might be going out of business.
Black dress
The material was very cheap, felt like plastic. Was very disappointed since the dress was $173 on sale. It arrived with no instructions about how to return it. I contacted Ellie Tahari online, after several days and 6 emails I still do not have instructions on how to return it. I would leave only 1 star but for some reason this site would not let me.
I am having the same issue. No returns are available even so company return policy clearly states that returns are accepted. This was the only reason I purchased several items so I can try it on and choose one. I will be complaining to BBB
One place for everything
I boughht Norah dress few days back. its silver or greyish in color, i can't say which one it is because the color is quite mixed. Anyway , i liked the dress when i saw it here. It was looking comfortable yet stylish. I do love these kind of dresses, its perfect for my style . So i purchased the dress and i got the parcel on the date. I tried the fitting that caught mya attention. Its perfect for my body type. Also the cloth feels so good and comfortable. everything including length is ideal too , so yeah i am really happy with my purchase. This site is also good to buy fragrances, i kinda use it for most of things. Its overall really good.
