A trusted brand
Very lovely shop, excellent products.I have wonderful experiences with Ergobaby ,long experience .I have my second baby last year .First time diaper bag picked from here and since then Stroller ,nursing pillows and some more items.
My confidence is based on my total purchase from here since 2014.Last stroller still in good condition after five years .For second baby I taken new stroller from Metro brand ,this is something different and convenience.Quality wise it's a developed version of last one . Obviously price difference is equally more.180 reversal stroller , comfortable control ,perfect space with safety majors.Great items.This may be a preferred shop for new mothers.Unfriendly website causing wrong product order
I had a really bad experience with their website, it wasn't mobile-friendly at all. It kept refreshing on its own, so I ended up ordering the wrong product by mistake. I tried giving their customer service a call, but it just went straight to voicemail. And to top it off, they wouldn't let me return or exchange the item. It was super frustrating and disappointing, and I won't be shopping with them anymore.
