Overpriced disappointment
I'm so disappointed with my purchase. It took forever to get here and the quality is not worth the price. The material feels so cheap and the design doesn't match what was shown online at all. It's frustrating that there are so many sites that look just like this one, it feels like a total scam. I really hope others read this and don't waste their money shopping at this online store.
Wrong item received
Extratopia owned up to their mistake of sending the wrong item, but they wouldn't give me a prepaid label to send it back. They said I could only get a full refund if I sent the item back myself, even though the shipping cost was more than the refund. Plus, the quality of the item was terrible, I wouldn't even think about wearing it. Save yourself some money and don't shop here.
4 pants, long-sleeved vintage printed sweatshirt
I got some really awesome pants and a vintage sweatshirt from this place, but man, it was a total scam! When my order arrived, it was from some random place called Aromiya. Then, I checked out their Instagram and it took me to another site called Liveliky. The pants they sent me were not at all like what I wanted. They were made out of this weird material and way too big for me. To make matters worse, my vintage sweatshirt was missing! When I tried to return the stuff, the email they gave me didn't even work. The only email that did work was for some guy named Mark Robin, who hardly ever got back to me. Now I'm stuck with these weird pants and no sweatshirt, and I even paid extra for that missing item! It's just awful service, don't even bother with them!
Incorrect items, no refund
This place is a total joke. I ordered some stuff and all I got was a bunch of junk. When I reached out to customer service, they had the audacity to tell me they ran out of the things I actually bought. And on top of that, they wouldn't even give me my money back, just kept sending me those automated email replies. Avoid this shady business at all costs.
Jean shorts with sewn shut buttonhole, poor quality pants with weird sizing
I just bought a pair of jean shorts that had a buttonhole sewn shut, and I ended up cutting my finger trying to fix it. On top of that, the other pants I got were not great quality and the sizing was all wrong. It was just a really frustrating experience all around.
Online order of clothing
I messed up big time by ordering clothes from this website and man, do I regret it. The stuff I got was total junk, nothing like what they showed online. And when I tried to get in touch with customer service, let me tell you, it was a nightmare. They were no help at all and just blew me off. It's pretty obvious to me now that this place is a total scam, preying on folks like me. Turns out they aren't even based in the US like they claim, which should've been a huge warning sign for me. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this shady company. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle.

My experience ordering from this company was a total disaster, let me tell you. I ordered 3 things, and oh boy, it was a mess. So, two of them came like they were supposed to, but then bam, out of the blue, there was a shipping fee waiting for me that I wasn't told about. I tried reaching out to the company a couple of times about it, but no response. And then, to top it all off, the third item shows up weeks later with another fee, but get this - it wasn't even something I ordered! It was a complete mess, and it ended up costing me an extra $20.
Retro shorts purchase
Dang, I really wish I had seen that other review before I went ahead and bought those retro shorts from this place. Let me tell you, they are absolutely nothing like how they were described! The material is just all funky and not even close to what I was expecting. Feels like they're straight up trying to deceive us or something. Man, I'm so let down by this purchase!
Screenprint sweatshirt
The sweatshirt I got was a major letdown. It looked super cheap and not at all like what I expected. The design I wanted was printed poorly on some low-grade material. I tried to contact them for a refund, but all I got was an automated error message. I'm stuck with this disappointing sweatshirt and no way to fix it.
Three Sweatshirts
I ordered 3 sweatshirts from this online store and one of them had a messed-up double print. Their customer service was awful, they wanted us to ship it back to China on our dime without any promise of a replacement or even a voucher for next time. They kept sending us emails non-stop until we just gave up. Avoid this company at all costs!
Wrong size and color, poor quality
I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a pair of pants in a specific size and color, but they completely messed up and sent me the wrong thing. The quality of the item was also pretty bad and definitely not worth the price. When I reached out to customer service about it, all they offered was $20 off my next purchase as compensation. I told them that wasn't okay because I'd basically be paying more for the same item, and there was no guarantee they wouldn't mess up my order again. I haven't heard anything from them since then. Needless to say, I won't be doing any more business with them in the future.
