Skinny jeans - too small
The skinny jeans I ordered were totally off - they were way too small. And to make matters worse, there was no return label in the package, so I had to fork out €15 to send them back. I'm really hoping to get my money back on this because I definitely won't be ordering under these circumstances again. Thanks.
Fast delivery but no free returns
I recently bought something from this shop and was really surprised by how fast it got here. But then I found out that I'd have to pay for the return shipping myself and not get a refund for it. Basically, if I need to send something back, I have to cover the cost of shipping there and back. That's a big no for me, so I won't be shopping here again.
Recent purchases in amazing bargain deals
I've just gotta say, Fashionesta has seriously blown me away with all the awesome deals I've come across on their site. The selection is unreal, and I've been finding myself placing orders more and more frequently. The customer service is amazing too - everyone I've talked to has been super friendly and helpful. And even on social media, they're quick to respond and always show they've got our backs. I've been telling all my friends about Fashionesta, and they've had nothing but great things to say after giving it a shot.
Parcel Return Issue
I had a problem returning a package for a refund. I used Hermes but it got stuck at the depot for over 5 weeks and ended up back with me. I contacted Anna in customer service and she was super helpful and reassuring. She recommended I use Royal Mail instead and was always quick to reply to my emails. Even with the return taking longer than expected, I'll keep shopping at Fashionesta thanks to Anna's awesome customer service.
Huge selection, good prices, fast delivery, excellent customer service
I just bought some stuff from this online store and man, they've got a ton of products to choose from. The prices for name-brand stuff were pretty good, and I found just what I needed without breaking the bank. Plus, my order got here super quick - even faster than I thought it would. I did have to return something because it didn't fit right, but the process was easy and they refunded my money in no time. All in all, I had a great time shopping with them and I totally think you should give them a try too.
Luxe finds
I never would've thought that online shopping could be so easy, but Fashionesta has been my favorite place to shop for luxury fashion for years now. Every time I visit their website, it's smooth sailing - easy to find what I'm looking for and their customer service is top-notch. Returns are a breeze and the quality of their products is always amazing. I can't say enough good things about Fashionesta.
Super cool shoes!
Oh my goodness, the shoes I ordered are incredible! They are so stylish and trendy, and they fit me perfectly. But I was totally surprised when I saw that they charged $8 for shipping, and then my shoes arrived in this flimsy little package that looked like it was just tossed in there. Seriously, where's the nice packaging? And $8 for that? Not cool at all. But besides that, I'm thrilled with my shoes, they're awesome.

I didn't realize that the sizing was different and ordered the wrong size!! Boy was that the mistake of a lifetime!!! I did immediately notify the company of the mistake and that I would be returning the polos for a different size. They informed my that they did not have the size that I wanted in stock, so I said that I would just return them for a refund. HA!!! It cost me $35 to ship them back and tracking the package was a joke!! It ended up somewhere else in Germany and they finally just returned in to me, rather than send it to the correct address on the package. Frustrating beyond belief and there was no relief anywhere - plus no real assistance!! Don't EVER deal with this company and NEVER order from them!!!!!!

same here I ordered a few things for my friends and myself (4 tshirts and a sweater all from Versace and Cavalli) - all of them are fake
Delivery was not a problem. Two of the things even came without any label. Rest I returnedSame I ordered a Burberry polo and it arrived with makeup stains look like foundations, with the tags hanging and no embroidered emblem as the real Burberry polos. The polo is a fake and now I have to ship it back from the states to Germany. This company is a fraud.
Cavalli T-Shirt
The Cavalli T-Shirt is a fake. I would not shop again. The delivery was fast.
