Roughly $10K in various ceiling lamps
Stay away for DHL delivery options! First order was shipped, tracked and delivered by UPS on time an intact. Second order was shipped via DHL and has slipped into a black hole - stuck in Germany over 10 days now with no scheduled uplift or delivery date. A weak and insincere "Covid-19" is provided as the explanation for the delay each time I reach out to DHL for an update - as though after 6 months the pandemic has caught them by surprise... If you can't move the package, don't pick it up. Again, stay away from DHL for all delivery options. Other than that, Finnish Design Shop products are great!

I appreciate the beautiful items, friendly customer service and prices from Finnish Design Shop. The delivery, however, has not been a good experience. I ordered a bit over a month ago and the table and chairs especially because they were listed as “in stock.” I have contacted customer
Service several times and they are very nice but I seem to be no closer to receiving my order. My last email received an automated reply “due to high volume of activity” and it would likely not be more than 3 days to receive a reply from customer service. I just want my order or an honest answer as to when it might arrive. I placed the order Nov. 9th.SO good and so in budget
