I am buying clothes from very long time and this store got standards on different level ! not just i get every damn designs here but the variations in colors and lot more thing which is helpful for me

Even though shipping sometimes takes a while, I've been shopping online at this store for years and always had good experiences. I've even returned items in-store with no problems. They have a great selection of stylish and affordable clothes and accessories for all different tastes. The customer service folks really know their stuff and are super helpful, which makes shopping there fun. Plus, they have lots of sales and discounts to keep prices competitive. And when my orders arrive, they're quick and in good shape.
Large jacket, perfect fit
Hey everyone, I just had to tell you about this store I went to recently! I lost some weight (not the fun way) and needed a new jacket. I found this super cute one in a size Large and when I tried it on, it fit just right with a little room to spare. The staff there was so friendly and helpful in finding me the perfect jacket. I'll definitely be going back to shop there again soon!
Online order issue
I just bought something online and ran into a problem with the delivery. I usually shop here a lot, so I was bummed when my order didn't show up when it was supposed to. I called customer service, and they said they needed to look into it, which means I have to wait two weeks for them to figure it out. I like fast service, and this has me thinking twice about ordering from them again. They're trying to fix things, but the wait and hassle have left me pretty unhappy with the whole thing.
Quality decline
My recent shopping trip at this store was pretty disappointing, honestly. I used to be all about the stuff they had here, but I've been noticing that the quality has taken a nosedive. The clothes I bought didn't last long at all, which is a bummer considering how much they cost. I really hope they can step it up and fix this problem so people can start loving their products again.
Hello Kitty pajamas
I just bought some Hello Kitty pajamas for my friend, and let me tell you, I am seriously impressed with the whole thing. They showed up earlier than I thought, and my friend is obsessed with them. The quality is amazing and the customer service was top-notch.
Denim jackets and graphic tees
I headed over to the store to pick up a couple of cute denim jackets and some graphic tees, but man, it was a disaster. The employees were being rude and even started shadowing me, which totally made me feel awkward. The store was also a wreck, and I overheard the workers talking inappropriately. When I finally tried to talk to the manager about what was going on, she just brushed it off like it was no big deal. I left feeling so embarrassed and let down, I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.

I wanna share my recent experience buying clothes from this store. Gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about it. Ordering was easy peasy, but the real headache started when I was waiting for my package. Even though customer service promised it was all good and would be here by a certain date, I'm still waiting.
Misleading Shipping Time
I can't believe how bold this company is. I placed an order and they said it would take 5 to 7 days to ship. They sent me an email with all the details and an estimated delivery date. But that date came and went, and my package was nowhere to be seen. I called customer service multiple times and even tried to chat online, but it was pointless. They were no help at all and couldn't find a solution. To top it off, I'm in the middle of moving and their unreliable shipping times are making everything more stressful. This whole thing has been a nightmare and I won't be ordering from them again, that's for sure.
Cute skirt
I got this super cute skirt online for the first time and I was really excited about it. The website said it would be at the store by Jan 17th, but when I checked on Jan 24th, it still wasn't there! I reached out to customer service, and they told me it didn't even ship until Jan 16th. Why would they lie about the ship date, you know? It's not cool to mess with customer's expectations like that. And when I asked about it, they acted like it was my fault or something. Not cool at all, man.
Clothing order
I ordered some clothes from this store a while back, and man, it was a total letdown. I placed my order three months ago, and it's still stuck in "Processing" limbo on their site. I tried hitting up customer service a bunch of times through live chat, and all they kept saying was that they'd give me a refund. But guess what? Nothing happened. I even took screenshots of our convos for proof and ended up filing a dispute with PayPal. Luckily, PayPal came through and refunded me within a week. This whole mess has definitely put me off from shopping there ever again.
My purchase was a cute skirt and top
I picked up this really cute outfit from this shop that was just like browsing the coolest mall ever! I was super pumped when it arrived, even though it took longer than I expected. But then, oh no, I had to send it back because it didn't fit right. Trying to get my refund was like trying to solve a Rubik's cube blindfolded! No return label, no instructions, just a whole lot of confusion. I chatted with like 6 different people online and got absolutely nowhere. They kept saying they'd come pick it up, but surprise, nobody ever did. Eventually, I just shipped it back myself and now I'm still waiting for my money. It's like they're avoiding giving it back to me! Ugh, it's so annoying. Definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever had to deal with.
Pick up in-store order delay
I bought some stuff from your store to pick up in person, but it's been taking forever to process my order. Even though the items are supposed to be ready, my order has been stuck in the "in allocation process" stage for 5 days now. When I tried to get some answers, I was told that there were system issues causing the delay, and there's no solution in sight. On top of that, my account got hit with a credit hold out of nowhere 5 days ago. The lack of communication and customer service has been really frustrating.
My cute clothes
Oh my gosh, I found the cutest clothes at this store and I was so pumped to wear them! But then, I had to return some because they didn't fit right. I shipped them back in October 2022 and now it's May 2023 and I still haven't gotten my refund! It's so not cool and I'm really upset! There's no customer service to reach out to and the website isn't even functioning anymore! It's super frustrating and I would never shop here again if I had known how terrible their service is!
Online order issue
I had a really bad time with this online store when I tried to buy something. I placed an order but didn't get it because the address line 2 was missing. I tried to reach out to customer service through chat to sort it out, but all they kept saying was to let them know within an hour of placing the order. It was so annoying to deal with such incompetence and a total lack of understanding.
