I opened the box yesterday and first thing I noticed was the scroll wheel acting up, annoying. I messaged support right away; they were straightforward and actually refunded me without a fuss. It was quick, polite, and made me feel like they stood behind the product. Would use them again in future.
Doubt turned to decent support
they actually handled it well and I’m satisfied — but not without some skeptically raised eyebrows at the start. The drawing tablet’s display died the week before a holiday and I figured I was out of luck. Instead, a rep and a team of technicians spent over two weeks trying everything they could, on schedules that barely matched mine. They had me reinstall drivers, run Windows updates, test different USB ports, swap cables, and finally set up a couple of remote sessions to see what was going on. It was methodical, sometimes slow — like they’d walk away to check something, then call back — but always clear and patient. The rep kept in touch, clarified things when I was lost, and even answered during the holiday, which I did not expect. Late one night they told me the display is irreparable and I’ll need a new unit; disappointing, sure, but fair. Overall I went from doubtful to grateful. Small wish: a loaner while you sort it would’ve been nice. Still, solid support.
Half-expecting a headache
Was half-expecting to wrestle with a wonky tablet for weeks, but after a few days of fiddling and swearing (not proud), I sent Gaomon a short video showing the unresponsive buttons. I really wasn't sure they'd care, but they replied within a day, offered fixes and when I asked for a replacement they shipped one fast — got it in under a week. Polite, efficient people. Still, wish returns were even simpler, but overall relieved and impressed.
Buddy's demo won me over
I grabbed this after spying it on my buddy's laptop stand. First one died with a gray screen — annoying. Support was quick though, really quick, and asked all the right questions. They sent a replacement. Moment I knew I was sold? When the new tablet booted up and the display was perfect. I told two friends. Pretty happy it worked out.
