I really wouldn't recommend using this company. Their business practices are distinctly questionable and they do not honor returns even as described by their policies. I would describe this company as dishonest and predatory. Their customer service is ineffective and multiple, multiple reviews online discuss having to make claims with credit card companies. I also made a claim with my credit card company, and the Better Business Bureau. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

I recently bought a blouse from Garmentory and it was a really bad experience. The tracking info didn't update for two weeks, so I decided to cancel my order before it even shipped. When I reached out to Garmentory to cancel, the customer service person tried to make me wait for the shipping update, which I wasn't okay with. They took the money from my account at first, then gave it back after I canceled, only for me to learn three weeks later that the order actually went out. Garmentory said they were going to charge me again, which isn't right since I already canceled. They said I could send the order back within a week, but I wasn't home to do so in time. All in all, I think this company is shady and not trustworthy, so I won't be buying from them again. Not having a customer service number made it even more frustrating.
