Investment pieces, sustainable designers, unique garments
Garmentory is like the best place ever for finding cool stuff from new designers and sustainable brands. They have such a unique selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories that always give me ideas for my own style. It's like a treasure trove of special pieces that make my wardrobe feel elevated and special. Whenever I shop there, it's like I'm investing in pieces that will last and really mean something to me. I'm always adding things to my wishlist from their awesome collection. The only thing I wish they would do better is have more detailed photos of their products and maybe offer cheaper shipping options.
Swimwear purchase
My experience with Garmentory was pretty good overall. I was really interested in all the unique pieces they had, stuff you can't really find anywhere else. The prices were fair, especially since a lot of what I liked was on sale. The only downside was that you can't return things without forking over some cash, which kinda made me think twice. I ended up buying a swimsuit that didn't work out, and didn't realize it was final sale. But most of the sizes were accurate, and I liked the boutique styles they had. I even told my daughter about it, and now she's just as hooked as I am.
Awesome clothes
I really like shopping on Garmentory because I can find unique clothes that I can't find anywhere else. I've ordered a few times and it's always been a great experience. The coolest part is that I can order from stores that don't normally ship to where I live and I get super fast shipping thanks to Garmentory. They have a huge selection of men's brands, so I always find something to step up my style. Overall, it's a great platform with top-notch service. I highly recommend it!
Dress
I really wouldn't recommend using this company. Their business practices are distinctly questionable and they do not honor returns even as described by their policies. I would describe this company as dishonest and predatory. Their customer service is ineffective and multiple, multiple reviews online discuss having to make claims with credit card companies. I also made a claim with my credit card company, and the Better Business Bureau. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
designer clothes
I really enjoy shopping on this website because they have a lot of amazing designer clothes. I like to save them and wait for them to go on sale. It feels like a little gift in my inbox when they let me know it's on sale! I've bought some really awesome pieces that I know will be in my closet for a long time. I'm excited to see what other cool stuff they come up with in the future!
Great customer service recovery
I messed up my shipping address and lost my stuff. But, the store was super helpful and went out of their way to fix everything. Their customer service was top-notch and they handled the situation really well. I was really impressed.

The shipping is always quick, and the items match the descriptions, so it's nice not to worry when shopping online.

I really enjoy shopping at this place because they have a wide variety of cool stores and things to choose from. The clothes are amazing and the quality is extremely good. I always receive my items quickly and the staff is always friendly. If I ever encounter an issue, the customer service team is always available to assist me.
Awesome loafers deal
I was so lucky when I found these really awesome loafers on Garmentory! I had been wanting a pair for a while, but they were always sold out online. Then, I found them on sale through Garmentory and just had to grab them. They are absolutely perfect and fit me perfectly. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
Wrong Replacement Item
Stay way from this site! It is not first rate; but questionable bordering on scam. They have a shady return policy. After only allowing 7 days to find a replacement item, because they only allow exchanges; they sent me the same item I returned. This place is way too expensive for the poor level of service provided. You are better off shopping at Bergdorf’s or Neiman’s where you will receive service commiserate with high end shopping.
Dress- ONE STAR RATING
This site will not allow me to click ONE STAR Dress was misrepresented and they would not accept a return the day I returned from a week away, because the dress arrived while I was out of town and they have a two-day return policy.
