    Two-drawer rollercoaster

I stared at this thing for a week thinking, wow this is slick — two drawers, quiet control panel, stainless looks nice — but then the reality check came fast. I want to tell you like I'm telling a buddy: the dishwasher itself, once it actually worked, felt great to use. Loading the drawers is oddly satisfying, like stacking Tetris but easier. The racks slide smooth, the little cup holders snap in, and dishes come out surprisingly clean on the normal cycle. The controls are simple, the handle feels solid in your hand, and it’s quieter than my old clunker, which I appreciated during late-night runs. So yes, performance-wise when it’s behaving, it’s a pleasure.
That said, getting to that point was messy and annoying. We received it without a manual or warranty papers — huh — and two days after professional install it started leaking. Not a tiny drip. It flooded and damaged the cabinets. We tried to get help from the store and the manufacturer. Tons of messages, long chats, screenshots saved, and still a lot of radio silence or confusing replies. I had to call, call again, and eventually pay a specialized plumber to make a custom part because the piece was faulty. So yes, we spent extra money fixing what should have been covered or caught.
I’ll balance it: the machine itself, after those fixes, finally does a really good job and feels like a higher-end appliance when it’s washing. There’s real satisfaction pulling out dinnerware that’s clean and dry, and the two-drawer setup suits busy kitchens. But the whole experience around it — lack of paperwork, slow responses, and a bunch of back-and-forth that made me escalate complaints — left a sour taste. If you buy this, be prepared to be hands-on, keep all your chat screenshots, and maybe insist on written confirmation for service. I’d love to say the company handled it well, but they didn’t. Still, I like the product’s use and feel; I just wish the support matched it.

    That awkward, wobbly door

a circuit board got broken during the repair attempt and they had to order a replacement wiring harness. That left the dishwasher out of commission for about a week — not great for a busy household. When they came back and got the electronics running, they apparently never addressed the original panel issue. So I had to call again, schedule another inspection, and explain the whole story over. There was no record of the initial problem in their notes, which was frustrating and made me think the coordination was sloppy. The next tech said we needed a new door. Fine, ordered it. The new door went on, panel reattached, and the tech warned me to be gentle with the handle. I appreciated the caution, but the warning didn’t inspire confidence — and sure enough the door slammed open later that day because the tension wasn’t set for the heavier panel. Panel fell off again. At that point I was beyond annoyed. They promised a next-day visit but missed the window, then had no record of my earlier calls. Support offered to make us the first stop on the following appointment day; no guaranteed ETA. That was the low point. On the plus side, after a couple more calls and a bit of escalation, a tech finally showed with the right adjustments and a sturdier attachment method. The door now feels solid, the handle tension is set correctly, and the panel sits flush — it’s actually fine in daily use. So the end result works, and I can use the dishwasher without worrying the panel will fall off. But getting to that point felt disorganized and slow, and I shouldn’t have had to chase them so much. If you care about how the machine feels when you open it and shut it — the heft, the smoothness — expect a potentially bumpy service experience but a decent final outcome if you persist.

    House-shaking combo — not joking

it vibrates so badly it’s cracked my baseboards and crown molding. I’ve caulked twice, and the next heavy spin cycle just brings the cracks back. Tech told me it’s essentially too heavy for anything but a basement — not what I expected when you buy a “front loader combo.”

Wet countertop, wobbly door, and too many calls

a clearer path to a solution would help — even a straightforward answer like “this is nonrepairable” from a tech would save so much time. I still like how it cleans, but the wet mess and the scheduling hassle left me frustrated. I wish the support had been faster and less circular.
