As a new customer, I was really impressed by Giglio. I've had bad experiences with Italian webshops before, but Giglio was different. Beautiful shoes for daughter's bridal shower
I'm a new customer at Giglio and I recently bought a gorgeous pair of shoes for my daughter's bridal shower. They came quickly and I was really happy to see a sweet thank you note in the box. The shoes were even better quality than I expected and my daughter adored them. I just wanted to say that the customer service I got was amazing. They really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with what I bought. They not only called me, but also sent messages to check in. The way they treated me was really great, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. The customer service team is amazing!
The customer service team at this place is amazing! I was able to chat with Paola and talk on the phone with Antonio. They were both super helpful and answered all of my questions. I can get a little antsy, but Antonio was really chill and understanding. Sometimes when you order things from a distance, it can take a bit to arrive, but with these two, you're in good hands. They really know how to take care of their customers. Huge thanks, Antonio! You're awesome!
