Greek Gear - A Mediocre Experience

As a customer of Greek Gear, I have had a mixed experience with the company. On one hand, their selection of Greek merchandise is impressive and they have a wide variety of products to choose from. However, my issues with the company lie in their customer service and shipping practices.

I have placed several orders with Greek Gear and have had some issues with receiving the correct items or receiving them in a timely manner. I have had to contact customer service multiple times to resolve these issues, and while they have been responsive, it can be frustrating to have to constantly follow up on orders.

Another issue I've had is with their shipping. I've often found that my orders take longer to arrive than the estimated delivery date and tracking information is not always accurate. It's made it difficult to plan for when my orders will actually arrive.

Overall, I appreciate the wide selection of Greek merchandise available on Greek Gear, but the customer service and shipping issues have left something to be desired.
