Multiple costume purchases, timely delivery, plus size options
I've been shopping with this company for a while now, buying lots of costumes, Halloween stuff, and decorations. The last costume I got came on time and actually fit me well, which is a big deal for me because I like a little extra room in my clothes. I've had issues with tight stuff before, but they made returns easy and gave me quick credit to get the right size. I like how smooth the return process is and the great customer service they give. I throw two costume parties every year, so I need unique stuff and they have a good selection of plus size options, which is super helpful. Overall, I'm happy with my experiences and will definitely keep buying from them.
Fast delivery to Israel
The costumes showed up real quick in Israel, like within a week! I was pumped to check 'em out and they were for sure one-of-a-kind and top-notch quality. And the customer service? It was amazing! They got an online chat feature that answered all my questions crazy fast. One of the costumes I got had a shirt that was too small for my little one, but they were so understanding about it. They double-checked and confirmed the size issue and then offered to either swap it out or give me a refund. I decided to order some more costumes and they're on their way now! I'm super excited to see 'em! 😃
Witch Doctor costume accessories
I just bought the warlock staff, witch doctor hat, makeup, and bone necklaces to create my own witch doctor costume for Halloween. I was super happy with my order because everything came nicely packaged and on time. The quality of the stuff was top-notch, especially the warlock staff that got a bunch of compliments at my Halloween party. I even won the award for the "scariest costume" and almost took home the best costume prize, all thanks to these accessories. And I liked how simple it was to rack up reward points with my purchase.
Purim costumes for son
I've been ordering costumes for my son for Purim as a loyal customer, and I've always had a great experience. The costumes have always made him really happy with their designs and looks. But this time, one of the costumes had some poor stitches. I got in touch with customer service about it, and they were really quick to help out. They gave me a partial refund as a nice gesture, which I thought was cool. I'm grateful for their fast response and their effort to fix the problem.
Halloween costume purchase
I love this website! They have a huge selection of costumes, not just for Halloween, but all year round. The quality is top-notch as well. Sometimes you have to wait for certain sizes, but they'll notify you when they're back in stock. I gave them 4 stars because the international shipping costs are a bit high. There are plenty of other places that offer free shipping, so that's a little disappointing.
Colonial Benjamin Franklin Costume XL
The Colonial outfit was way better than I expected. The material was top-notch and it looked even cooler in person than in the pictures. The XL size fit me just right, which was awesome. We actually won first prize for best costume at our condo's Halloween party all because of this amazing outfit. The order came quickly and the quality of everything was super high. It was so much fun and definitely worth keeping! And the price we paid was totally fair for what we got.
Halloween costume
I ordered a Halloween costume from this one place and at first, I was freaking out because I thought it was lost in the mail. So, I reached out to them and they were really nice about it. They ended up sending me a replacement costume right away, which was awesome. But get this - the very next day, the original costume showed up! Crazy, right? So, I had to send the extra one back, but it's all good now. Definitely great customer service all around!
Stock Issue Notification
I just had a little snag with one of the things I bought not being available. But I got an email right away letting me know and giving me some choices - I could pick something else or just cancel the whole order. Amber H was super nice and contacted me personally about it, which was really cool. Even though my order hit a bump, I'm still gonna keep going back to HalloweenCostumes for all my costume needs.
Coraline costume
I just got a Coraline costume for my daughter from this company and ended up with a Beauty and the Beast one by mistake. But hey, the mask that came with it was pretty awesome! I reached out to customer service, and they quickly sent out the right costume with express shipping. The Coraline outfit got here in just 4 days, complete with a cute yellow raincoat and wig. My daughter is over the moon with it.
Adorable Camel Hump costumes for nativity program
I just bought the cutest camel humps and headband for our church's nativity play next year. They are absolutely adorable and everyone I shared them with thought they were great! The quality is top-notch and they'll definitely stand out at our event. I would definitely suggest these costumes to anyone who wants something special and fun for a nativity play or any other event.
Adorable toddler costume
This website was so easy to use, I found the perfect costume for my little one in no time. The shipping was really fast, which was nice. The costume was so cute, my toddler loved it. It was comfortable and not too bulky like others we've gotten before. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again!
Halloween costume items
I ordered an Abominable Snowman (Bumble) suit for Halloween and when I got it, it was NOT white! It was a noticeable light blue! That's not what it showed on the site, and the description did not say it was light blue, nor did it say it was not white. Who has ever seen a light blue snowman? I also ordered some light blue gloves because Bumble has blue hands, but the gloves would not stay on! They slipped off very easily, and I have large hands. I called Customer Service and the nice lady said I could return both items as defective, and I would be reimbursed the FULL amount I paid, including refunding the S/H, sales tax, and that I would NOT be charged a RESTOCK FEE (she checked with someone on that). I returned the items but when I got my VISA Statement I was not refunded the S/H and I was NOT refunded the sales tax I paid. How can this company keep WA State Sales Tax when there was no net purchase? Also, when I called back and spoke with a Manager, he refused to refund the remaining amount, saying they were going to keep my tax paid and SH as part of a restocking fee. I will be reporting this to the WA Dept. of Revenue, etc.
Belle costume
We ordered the Belle (blue and white dress) Sunday night and received the package early. We ordered a size up after reading the other comments. I would order the size you normally do as it was a little big. The dress is perfect! The material is nice quality for a costume. The order process and everything was quick and easy!!
Always Sunny in Philadelphia Eagle Outfits
They've got a great section of Always Sunny themed outfits which we all used for a sports event. Went down very well with everyone that knew the reference.
