Custom chain with free necklace and earring set
I was really impressed with the custom chain I bought, plus they threw in a free necklace and earring set. The quality was amazing and the designs were spot on. And let me tell you, that Buy 1 Get 1 Free deal with the code "FREE" was too good to pass up! I even snagged a gift for my husband's mom. And get this, the shipping was super quick - only took 3 weeks for my custom order to arrive. I'll definitely be coming back for more in the future.
Jewelry
I just bought some jewelry from this website and I gotta say, I was really impressed with how nice it was and the prices were pretty good too. The pieces I got were really cute and I loved that they had BOGO deals so I could get some extra stuff for free. Only thing is, I wish they had more fancy styles in pendants and rings, cause the bracelets were spot on. But all in all, I'm happy with what I got and I'd definitely shop on this site again.
Custom pendant purchase
The folks over at this company really care about making my custom pendant dream a reality. They've been working super hard and paying close attention to all the little details, which I think is awesome. But I was kinda bummed to learn I had to shell out some extra cash because I hadn't quite nailed down the design yet. Even so, I trust that they'll come through and make me something truly stunning.
3mm tennis bracelet
I ordered a 3mm single row men’s tennis bracelet as part of their Black Friday deals, and got a second one free. Today is Dec 11 and I just got it this evening. It took 14 days from China to Canada, and the shipment tracker showed every step of its progress. The bracelet itself is really good. Looks high quality, and the clasp is one of the best I’ve seen. I highly recommend HelloIce.
Chain with pendant and custom ring
I got this sick chain with a pendant and a ring with my name on it, and they're both so awesome and shiny! The chain is just awesome and the ring gives me that boss vibe!
Cool necklace
I got this awesome necklace and it was way better than I thought! It's just the right size and everything. I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to all my friends. The tracking was super helpful and everyone was really friendly. Thumbs up!
My crown of thorns necklaces
My new crown of thorns necklaces just came in yesterday and I couldn't be happier! They look just like the pictures, usually things are smaller in person but this time they're perfect. I absolutely love them and so does my daughter. Thank you so much! 😊

They claimed my address was incomplete, back and forthwith emails . The phone # on their site does not work( red flag). Then wanted me to pay extra shipping charges to re-deliver,
What ever their response don't fall victim to this scam.Same man, I tried to cancel my order 5 minutes after ordering it because I was unable to use the discount code and it is currently 13 days later and I’m still trying to get my money back. I tried cancelling multiple times and they are making me pay a “restock fee” of 20% even though the items haven’t even been shipped out. Total scam!!!
I ordered a watch and a ring and they never turned up it said delivered but was not I’m not happy I’ll never order from there again

Diamond ring purchase
After I finally got the diamond ring I ordered, I was happy with how it looked and it fit perfectly. But man, the delivery took forever! I had to keep bugging them for updates on when it would arrive. The ring itself was great, just wish the whole process was smoother and more satisfying.
Necklace with broken links
The necklace I bought had links that were broken and not polished, and they were connected to the claw lock. It was really disappointing to get something that wasn't in perfect shape. And then, to make things worse, the whole process of returning it took forever, which just made everything even more stressful. I mean, I'm glad they tried to help, but it was still a huge pain to deal with, especially since I was so pumped about buying it in the first place. 😩
Tshirt and sweatshirt
Terrible quality clothing and misleading return policy
I feel fooled and cheated by this company. I VERY rarely leave reviews, but I am furious with the outcome of my purchase here and feel robbed. I purchased a tshirt and a hooded sweatshirt for my teenage son on 10/2/23 (total cost $67.98). The quality is absolutely shameful. The fabric, the fit, and the screenprint on the front are all extremely bad. I sent a request to Helloice asking to start the return process (as per their policy). I got an email back asking that I send them "photos for the real item you received" and they would "try their best to help me solve this problem."
I sent photos as requested, and their response was that due to high cost of returning the items, they would offer that I do not return the items and they will give me a "40% off coupon for my next order." I would never order anything ever again from this website, given the horrible quality and run-around I'd already received trying to return the items.
I declined their offer to give me a coupon, stating that I will pay the return cost and want a refund. T
Their response was "our returning shipping address is in China... shipping cost is high...customs duties that you need to pay..." which would be more than the total cost of my items. They ask AGAIN to have me keep the shirts (that we would NEVER wear) and they would give me a 40% off coupon for my next purchase, OR I can keep the items and the will give me back "20% of the order cost." That's $13.60. Ridiculous. So I have no choice but to accept this shameful offer and lose $54 on two garbage shirts that will go to the Goodwill. I received my order so I seem to be better off than most. They did apparently try to deliver my order but I wasn't hme which is BS so it was send back to the carriers, when contacted they asked if I could pick it up which I couldn't due to lockdown restrictions, so they redelivered it at not extra cost but I believe this was due to the carrier not Heloice.
The products are pretty much as you would exspect for the price I spent (buy 1 get on free so I spent $40aud for 2 items), the items are plated as described with CZ as described. I'm very suss on the necklace as it's the exact same as one I've had from Wish but we'll see.. I wouldn't order again considering the quality.

i’ve had this for less than a year and it’s already turning an ugly bronze color with no shine left to it whatsoever, bought a stainless steel necklace at walmart it’s been like 3 years of daily use and it’s still as good as new, not to mention the walmart one was way cheaper
two chains around 230 pounds but because of buy one get one free i got them for a total of 120 pounds
the stuff looks nice but at the moment it seems like a scam normally the carrier shipping your product sends an email or text saying its on the way but i didnt get that and now i have to pay 8USD to get my order but i might just leave
