I wasn't sure at first — kinda nervous after reading stuff online. I ordered the sampler plus four full sizes, about $95 total. The colors turned out not to be my vibe, so I kept the sampler and used one shade. The website was clunky and I didn’t hear back right away, but customer service did follow up by email and actually fixed things. Delivery was quick. Overall I’m relieved it worked out and honestly a bit impressed with how they handled it.
Saw it on IG, got silence
package never showed and emails and website contact got no reply, not even an automated confirmation. I ended up reclaiming the charge through my credit card. It's disappointing and a waste of time; communication would have changed my opinion.
Not what I expected but okay
I opened it that evening, kinda braced — color wasn’t like the photo. I still tried it; after a few hours I was actually into it. I reached out earlier, no reply though.
Not ordering again
Won't order from them again. I bought three lipsticks for $69 and never got them, emailed twice with no reply. Now I'm dealing with my card company to get a refund — annoying, but that worked.
The mirror sealed it
Strangely, the little mirror on the case is what sold me — I wasn't even a lipstick person, honestly. Smells nice, goes on smooth, and doesn't feel heavy. I was skeptical because other brands flake or smell weird, but these actually pretty much hit the mark.
Half my order, slow replies but eventually sorted
I needed these for a small wedding and was already wary — ordered two lipsticks, only one arrived. Messaged twice and got radio silence, then finally they issued a refund. Dry experience, relieved it ended okay.
Finally satisfied after a rocky start
I bought three lipsticks weeks ago and tried them. At first two shades felt off and support didn't reply. I gave them another chance, tried the formula properly and it won me over, smooth and longish wear. That's when I felt satisfied.
Surprise win
Halfway through the first day of trying the sampler I actually smiled — the pots were tiny and the box felt flimsy, and yeah the taste is odd, but the color built up nicely; started using them right away, not perfect but worth it.
