I got my brother this drone and he was thrilled! I'm not too familiar with drones, but the website was really easy to navigate and I found a fantastic refurbished one at a great price. I was concerned it might be in bad shape, but it was actually in perfect condition when it showed up. My brother was over the moon and hasn't stopped flying it. I'll definitely be shopping here again!
Rush order toy for Christmas gift
I ordered a toy online for Christmas and paid for rush delivery. But I got an email saying it's on back order, and it won't arrive on time. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company.
3 flying baby Yodas
I bought 3 flying baby Yodas from this company in early December, but I never got a confirmation email for my order. They even charged me extra for delivery without telling me. I tried reaching out to them by email, but they haven't responded at all. It's been weeks now and I still haven't gotten anything. I'm really frustrated and starting to think this whole thing is a scam. I'd suggest staying away from this company.
Remote control toy purchase
I recently bought my first remote control toy from HobbyTron and I was really impressed with how good the product was. When I gave it to my son, he was so excited and happy about it. Flying toys collection
I love the flying toys collection so much! The designs are amazing, especially the Marvel and Disney ones. I already have 5 Marvel toys and 2 Disney ones, and they all work really well. The delivery was good, but one of the toys came broken. Thankfully, they replaced it without any problem. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.
Golden Snitch prop for Harry Potter themed party
I just bought the Golden Snitch prop for a Harry Potter party and it was amazing! It was a big hit and it even came with a neat printout all about Quidditch that we could hang up for some extra decorations. It was such a cool idea and really made the party awesome.
Airsoft gun purchase
The product descriptions on this website are great, they really nail it. I like knowing exactly what I'm getting before I order. And I think it's cool that they include YouTube reviews in the product descriptions. I've bought a bunch of airsoft guns from this site and I'm a huge fan of all of them.
charge up 360
Where did the month to receive a defective product. They demanded I send a video of the issue which I did right away. They assured me I'd get a full refund and I am still waiting and they are no longer communicating. My order was placed on December 30th and here it is February 14th and no refund
Never delivered
Absolutely disgusting company I placed an order a long time ago they basically took my money and didn’t send the item out and have not even replied to my many e mails please do not use this company they are just stealing peoples money utterly disgusting
Flying Comets
Ordered, had email saying they had been shipped with a tracking code, went on site and it says unfound! What am I supposed to do? I have paid for them but not received.
RC Helicopter
Ordering was easy and fast, the price was very good, and it was delivered ahead of the scheduled date. But none of that means anything if you can't get a hold of customer service. My copter did not work out of the box. I have sent emails, I have tried to call but one number mailbox was full and the fall back number no longer worked. So I have a broken product that was easy to order and delivered quickly, but I don't think that any broken product is worth buying. Order at your own risk, because you probably won't be able to get help if you need it.
This worries me. I've ordered and paid for 2 flying comets for Christnas. No sign of them. No response to emails and tracking gives nothing. Very worried now!

Really good air soft guns
I bought he airsoft guns from different sites in recent years but most of the times either they are expensive or the quality which bothered me a little bit
However, HT is really good in both. they have the balance of both and its really good to finally have something where i can invest my money without worrying about anything
Also the remote control cars are awesome too . they have good services however they can do much better in thatI received defective chargers. I had a difficult time finding a way to contact them. Had to contact the shipping company, sent them an email explaining my problem and asked if they could. The shipping company must have forwarded my message as I finally got a reply from where I purchased them. It took a month. Here is there response. Hello Margaret,
