I'm bumping my review up to five stars because of the awesome customer service I got. I had a problem with a rug I bought, but the customer service rep was super patient and helped me out until we got it fixed. We were in touch every day until we finally got it sorted out. It was a bit of a process, but with some effort and patience, the customer service team really pulled through and I ended up getting a full refund from the seller.
Furniture purchase for my new home
I found the perfect furniture for my new home on this website. The selection was awesome, and I found exactly what I wanted at the best price. I'm a designer, so I appreciate websites that are user-friendly, and this one definitely delivered. Being able to easily find what I needed saved me time, which is super important for me and my clients.
Greenhouse purchase
I just bought a greenhouse, and I'm pretty happy with it. It's good enough that I might get another one. The only bummer was that I thought I could use a $25 discount, but turns out I had to buy four more greenhouses to get it. I just don't have the space for that many, so it didn't work out for me.
