I was pretty bummed out by what happened at the store. I had ordered a micro bikini set, but all they sent me was the top. They said they were out of stock for the bottoms. This was my first time ordering from them, so it was kind of a letdown. I wish they had asked me if I wanted to wait for the bottoms to come back in stock or offered me a refund for just getting the top.
Fit, color, sizing
I recently bought some pants from this store, and let me tell you, I was totally in love with the color. They fit me just right and the color looked just like it did in the pictures online. But, one thing I would say is make sure you really think about the size you pick so you don't end up feeling like the pants are wearing you instead of the other way around. You gotta choose the right size to get that perfect fit like they show on the website, ya know?
Okay items
I received my order really quickly, which was awesome, but man, the clothes weren't the greatest quality! I was pretty disappointed with them. And to make matters worse, I had to pay 12 bucks to return them, which really stinks.
Jorts ordered in the wrong size
Hey, I ordered a pair of jorts in size 26 and was really looking forward to getting them. But when they arrived, they were actually in size 28, can you believe it? I reached out to the company right away to tell them about the mix-up, but it's been almost three days now and still no response. I'm pretty disappointed because it wasn't my fault, but now I have to figure out what to do. I wouldn't suggest ordering internationally from them; hopefully, this review can help someone else before they buy!
Mesh dress purchase
The mesh dress I bought from this store is so gorgeous! The style and quality are top-notch, and I love how creative the brand is with their stuff. But, like a lot of other brands, the sizing is more for taller folks, so I had to get the dress altered to fit my petite self. I really hope they think about coming out with a petite line in the future for customers like me. The back design of the dress, with that velvet texture on top of the mesh, is a cool detail that makes it stand out from my other clothes. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and would totally shop here again if they offer more sizes.
Birthday gift order
I'm really disappointed with the customer service response about my order. It's been almost a week since I bought it and I still don't have any shipping info. It's frustrating because it's a birthday gift I need for this week. I've tried to reach out to customer service many times but I haven't gotten any answers or updates.
Colossus jeans purchase
I just got the Colossus jeans for my daughter from this company and I'm really happy with them. She loves them and now I'm thinking of getting a pair for myself. Ordering was easy and smooth, which made everything enjoyable. The delivery to Australia was super quick and I got updates the whole way. The fact that the jeans came in a paper bag instead of plastic shows they care about sustainability, which I really like. I definitely recommend checking out this company if you're looking for trendy, good quality clothes.
Thickest, nicest quality jeans
These jeans are amazing, seriously. They're the best quality jeans I own out of all the brands I have. They're super thick and the material is top-notch. Plus, they fit so well, like a dream. Every time I wear them, I get tons of compliments. They're definitely a head-turner.
Cool clothes, lackluster service
I really love the clothes I got from this store, they're so unique and perfect for my style. But I have to say, not getting any shipping updates or delivery confirmation is a major downside for me. I like to know when my stuff is coming and when to expect it. It's kind of annoying not having that info right away. Still, I'll most likely shop here again because the clothes are amazing.
comet colossus jeans
Hey there! I'm 14 and I wanna share my not-so-great story about Jaded London. So, I bought this super cool Comet Colossus jeans back in April, but turns out they didn't fit me right. Bummer, right? ? So, I went through the whole returning process like they said, thinking it would be smooth sailing. But guess what? It's August now, and I still haven't seen my money back!
I was really excited to get those jeans and maybe try something new, but it didn't work out. I sent the jeans back like they asked me to and they confirmed receiving my return. Since then I've been waiting... and waiting... and waiting some more. Seriously, how long does it take to process a return? It's not like I'm swimming in cash at 14, you know?
I don't understand why it's taking soooo long. I reached out to their customer service a bunch of times, and all I got was some standard responses that didn't even make sense. They kept saying they've already transferred the money, but I'm already waiting for it for more than two months... They keep on saying I should check with my bank why the moneyHey there!
