I opened the box and the little plush wasn’t squashed, the stuffing was fluffed, and there was this tiny sticker on the packing — who does that? I’d ordered from other places where things showed up mangled, so this felt oddly reassuring. Tracking actually worked, it arrived fast, and the price was fair. I’ll keep checking back when I want another silly teddy, pretty happy.
Delivered, eventually
By the time the tracker flashed "delivered" I was already worrying it had vanished into some sorting system. I’d hesitated before ordering — a 4000-piece puzzle shipped to New Zealand felt risky, stock and shipping were my main doubts — but the site showed exactly what I wanted so I pulled the trigger. The tracking looked okay until it said delivered to a depot, not my house, and then nothing. I called customer service, explained the mix-up, and they sent a replacement pretty quickly. Turned out to be a warehouse blip, not my fault. The new puzzle arrived in good shape and I’m pleased, though the original tracking confusion was annoying. If you order big stuff from abroad, double-check address details and be ready to follow up.
