Lightbox: Just Average

I have had a mixed experience with Lightbox. On one hand, their selection of jewelry is quite nice and they have a wide variety of styles to choose from. However, their customer service leaves something to be desired.

When I first visited their website, I found it to be a bit confusing to navigate. It took me a while to find what I was looking for, and the search function wasn't very helpful. But once I finally found the piece I wanted, the ordering process was easy enough.

When my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that one of the items was damaged. I contacted customer service to inquire about a replacement or refund, but it took several back and forth emails before I finally received a response. When I did receive a response, the customer service representative was not very helpful and seemed unwilling to offer any kind of solution.

Overall, I think Lightbox has some nice jewelry, but I would suggest looking elsewhere if you value good customer service.
