Poor quality items
I'm really upset about the stuff I got from this company. It was made poorly and not even good enough to give away. I tried reaching out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but never heard back from anyone. It seems like they don't care about helping customers. I recommend avoiding this company. They might be using a different name to keep scamming people.
Online Purchase with Returns Policy
I wouldn't trust their returns policy, they're giving me the runaround. I ordered something and tried to send it back within the 30-day window, but they're not answering my messages and giving me a hard time. It's been more than a week and I still can't return the item. This is terrible customer service.
Size issue with item purchased
I bought something from that store not too long ago and it turned out to be the wrong size. I contacted customer service about it and they said I'd have to cover the cost of return shipping to get the right size. After going back and forth through several emails, the best they could do was give me a 40% refund. I was so annoyed by the poor customer service that I ended up just donating the item to charity. All in all, my time dealing with this company was definitely a letdown.
