wrong size arrived, they made me pay return shipping and only offered a 40% refund after endless emails. I needed the item for a moving day and couldn't wait, so I donated it. Helpful? Not really — slow and stingy overall for me.
Not worth the hassle
Halfway through trying it on I realized it was the wrong size — nice fabric, actually, but fit was off. Return cost me extra, weeks of emails, and they offered only a 40% refund. In the end I donated it for charity later; annoying but at least material felt good.
Unpacked and glad it works
Right after I unrolled it in the bathroom I realized why I needed it — moved with a sore lower back and didn’t want to slip. Ordering was weird, no confirmation and the site kept erroring, but the small bath rug is soft, dense, grips the floor and dries okay. Relieved it was fine.
Missing confirmation, sketchy site
Don't order — I never got a confirmation or any status update after placing a small bath rug. Went back to their site and just hit an ERROR page, no tracking, no answers. Company is based in Hong Kong which made me uneasy. I've had better communication from other sellers, so pretty annoyed.
Relief when they approved the return
I almost gave up after a week of silence, but the moment they finally said "return approved" I felt relieved — that was the turning point. Product wasn’t a perfect fit, shipping was fine, and the 30‑day return promise looked shaky at first. If you order, keep detailed messages and be patient, and ask for a tracking number.
Almost passed on it
I almost didn't buy this because the site promised a 30-day, no-questions return — sounded too good. I was wary, not ideal at first, thought they'd dodge me, ugh. Placed the order anyway. Was charged purchase price. Received email order being processed. No new info on purchase. Site says store closed. No answer to emails or chat. SCAM!
Poor quality items
I'm really upset about the stuff I got from this company. It was made poorly and not even good enough to give away. I tried reaching out to customer service through email a bunch of times, but never heard back from anyone. It seems like they don't care about helping customers. I recommend avoiding this company. They might be using a different name to keep scamming people.
Online Purchase with Returns Policy
I wouldn't trust their returns policy, they're giving me the runaround. I ordered something and tried to send it back within the 30-day window, but they're not answering my messages and giving me a hard time. It's been more than a week and I still can't return the item. This is terrible customer service.
Size issue with item purchased
