it showed up about twelve days later than I hoped, and I had to email customer service once (they replied, but slow). Packaging was nice though, felt premium. Fit was pretty spot-on after a minor tweak; I’m relieved it didn’t irritate my back. They offered a small discount for the delay, which I appreciated. All in all I’m pleased — not perfect, but glad I went with it.
