I bought this because I’d just spent a lot on a salon color and wanted something to keep it vibrant. Used it twice and it stripped the dye off and left my hair coarse and rough. It feels like straw now, heavier and not soft. I followed the directions, used only a little. The texture is gritty when wet and it won't detangle. I messaged customer service and heard nothing back after follow-ups. Kinda sad, I wanted a fix, not more damage. Hoping for a refund. Anyone else had this?
Pleasant rescue, would buy again
I’ll buy from them again. I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on Dec 6, got a nice “dispatched” email the next day and then... silence. I started to worry and sent a couple of emails, didn’t hear back, so I messaged on Instagram and Facebook — and that actually got an immediate response. Turns out Royal Mail lost the package, annoying, but the shop sent a replacement for next-day delivery and even included a little extra gift. The wrapping was lovely, really well done. I was stressed at first, then relieved and impressed by how they sorted it. Friendly, human service, and I’ll use them again.

my order wasn't even on their system. So the holdup was on the company's end, not the courier. They refunded the delivery fee as a "goodwill" move, which was nice — unexpected, to be honest. When it finally arrived the packaging was fine and the item was OK, but the whole process felt sloppy and misleading. Won't rely on their 'next-day' tag again.
