i am in love with the collections - Bold ,stylish and slightly vintage
I love the styles too much and also they are simple
I bought two pairs and by now i can say they are comfortableWhite booties
The worst after sale service! My first and last time ordering from this brand. Regardless how cute their collection is. During a pandemic where returns not possible, my first time trying this brand so I was not very familiar with their fit. The boot was 1 size larger and all I requested for was an exchange for my size , I was told by customer service they will not return after insisting an exchange she said I could send them back but I pay for shipping or to sell them on my own to a friend. Instead of offering an exchange for the right size. I still have the boots unworn sitting on the floor. Horrible service. Will not recommend at all. This how retailers go out of business by losing customers that could have been loyal customers. Shop at Aldo shoes best customer service ever and a much better collection! And I gave it a 2 star because a no star or 1 star was not an option.
Your customer service SUCKS! This is as honest as i can get. Purchased a pair of booties online. No problem. Tried purchasing another pair, cc did not go through, call bank no issues on their sides. Tried again its telling me the address is different from the zip code. I’ve been using this address for the past 11 years which was issued by USPS. Got a standard response we will get back with you in 48 hours! I guess the Pandemic created a deeper void where it comes to customer service, what good ever comes out of California?
