Can confirm. Mechdiy is (are?) awesome - great products and excellent customer service (in my experience, at least).

After a month my package hadn’t left the facility. They told me a Bluetooth speaker was sent back for security reasons. After several weeks I contacted them and they told me if I wanted, they could give me a refund on the package they never sent. After I said I expect a refund I have. It heard back. Never buy here again
