I bought a game console a few weeks ago, and I usually don't write reviews, but this time I had to. My console got stuck at the shipping company, and they weren't being helpful with the delivery. I contacted customer service, and Emily refunded the $20 I paid for fast shipping right away. After dealing with the annoying shipping company for weeks, Emily promptly refunded me when I changed my mind about keeping the console. Even though it was a hassle, Emily's customer service was excellent.
Retro handhelds
I gotta tell ya, Mechdiy is the best place to score those hard-to-find retro handhelds that you just can't find anywhere else. Their service is awesome, always hooking me up with exactly what I want without emptying my wallet. Earthworm Jim console
I recently got my hands on the Earthworm Jim console for free in exchange for writing a review. I'm a big fan of retro games, so I was super excited to dive back into this classic game. The console came with the games already loaded, which was a relief because I don't think I could have figured out how to do it myself. I haven't had as much time to play as I'd like, but my partner has been totally hooked on the Mini Miyoo Plus. He's been hogging the console and playing for hours on end. I had to watch some tutorials online to get the hang of navigating the menu, but my partner caught on right away. Overall, it's a sweet little console that's definitely worth the price. I'll probably be looking into getting similar consoles in the future as gifts for my partner.

After a month my package hadn’t left the facility. They told me a Bluetooth speaker was sent back for security reasons. After several weeks I contacted them and they told me if I wanted, they could give me a refund on the package they never sent. After I said I expect a refund I have. It heard back. Never buy here again
