I’d been here years ago, so I tried it again recently and noticed the difference right away. Since the ownership change, the place feels less dialed-in; the staff didn’t seem as engaged or knowledgeable as I remembered. It’s frustrating, honestly, because my earlier experience was really solid. I hope they find their footing again.
Smooth Start, Some Mixed Details
What threw me off was how smooth the start felt, then the details kept changing. The front office was genuinely kind, and they got back to me quickly when I called. Still, some requirements showed up later than expected. The program materials arrived on time, though, and overall it worked out okay.
