I had a positive experience with the company. The order arrived in 2 days. The only problem I had was that I had to request an invoice and could not locate an option to price one from my account. Otherwise, good prices and fast shipping.
Shower guard
Scammers.placed an order for a shower guard for spouse who had total lareangectomy. They charged my card for the item and shipping $162.00 cad. Requested a cancellation and refund as they claimed the order was on backorder and my spouse needed the item upon his release from the hospital. The contact number on their site was not the number for medsitis but an individual person who's voice message indicated that this number was medsitis. But his personal number. He was getting so many calls for medsitis.. Over 2.5 months and still haven't been reimbursed. Email received in April stating cancellation was in process. Bunch of theives taking advantage of those in need of meducal supplies. They should be ashamedf themselves..
syringes
I ordered syringes and never received them. When I reached out to customer service with my order number they replied 2 days later that my order had been delivered and they included the wrong tracker showing an order in China. I replied that the tracker was wrong and sent them the correct one and now 3 days since my reply and they won't respond. They don't seem to have any real customer service.

I ordered the syringes with needles and a posting came on that someone else was waiting to order the same product so I needed to rush my order in. There was also a
posting that said due to shortage of some products that my syringes/needles may
take a while to be shipped. I didn't want to take a chance that the syringes/needles
woujld be delayed so less than 2 hrs. after placing my order I cancelled the order. I
didn't get a confirmation that my request was honored. I tried calling and no one
answered. I found a phone number in the return policy and that number does not even
belong to Medsitis. The man who answered said he gets complaint calls all of the time and that he was unlucky to get that number. I "chatted finally on line with a
Medsitis person" and I explained to him that I wanted to cancel my order. He said it
was still there but in process and he could not cancel it. I later got a "on line chat"
that said my item would either be shipped or cancelled. I could tell by the number.
The box was received late this afternoon. We opened the outer box and sounds as if
we cannot return it. I don't understand while the item was still in house that it could
not be cancelled.. I will never order from this company again. Hopefully other people
will read this before ordering and go to a company that values their customers. Medsitis does not! They do NOTHING to help their customer - they just want the
money.None
The website does not have a legit phone number. I called and spoke to some solar salesman of some kind. Sent an email and never got a response.

Ordered for a friend who died shortly after ordering. Discovered restocking fee of 20% and I paid postage. Expensive to work with these people.
