Review about: Medsitis Medical Supplies
Shower guard
Scammers.placed an order for a shower guard for spouse who had total lareangectomy. They charged my card for the item and shipping $162.00 cad. Requested a cancellation and refund as they claimed the order was on backorder and my spouse needed the item upon his release from the hospital. The contact number on their site was not the number for medsitis but an individual person who's voice message indicated that this number was medsitis. But his personal number. He was getting so many calls for medsitis.. Over 2.5 months and still haven't been reimbursed. Email received in April stating cancellation was in process. Bunch of theives taking advantage of those in need of meducal supplies. They should be ashamedf themselves..

Waited 3 + months for my order to show up because of backorders. They couldnt even get that right. They sent a cheaper item in place of the expensive one I ordered. It will probably take them weeks to reply to my email like it did every other time I had to email them to check on the status of my order. The service ..., the shipping times ... and I will never ever shop from here again. I have never had any issues with pink cherry so this is what I get for trying to buy something exclusive from bellesa. It is NOT worth the hassle. Shop somewhere else.

I am most terribly disappointed, such neglect and bad service, this would not happen here in England. I have paid for my goods and you have my goods and my money.

It happened to me too. I order the item on 07th November 2020 till today 07 January 2021 it never arrived. I tried to contact them but they did not want to refund me. They just said the item is on the way. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I have purchased shirts from NerdKungFu more than once. They're all great quality, and the size options are just another thing to love! I've had only two issues with shipping, however, their customer service is excellent and they sort it out immediately. I'd recommend to people that are on the bigger side of life, like myself. Happy customer for sure.

Ridiculously slow to process and ship orders, prices are a bit high.
Good luck if you have an issue with the order when you finally receive it (weeks after placing the order) I’ve been battling with them for 15 days after items arrived damaged. They don’t reply to emails and don’t deliver on their promise to issue credit/refund.
