Summer toys.
Melissa & Doug really came through with the toys for our summer fun. We got a bunch of awesome toys that were beautifully packaged and perfect for my little guy. It was so exciting opening each one and finding detailed instructions to help us put them together. Throughout the six weeks of summer break, we had different themes each week with cool and creative toys that really sparked our imaginations. From wooden toys to hand puppets to pretend play sets, each toy brought something special to our day. The quality and attention to detail in the design of the toys blew us away and made playtime extra special. Not only were the toys super fun, but they were also educational, helping with imaginative play and cognitive development. Overall, Melissa & Doug's toys gave us so many hours of fun and bonding time together.
Preferred shop for kids
I personally always appreciate such shops who are providing good playing toys with learning vision.Learning something during playing time,what an idea, appreciated
M&D doing same .Unlike me millions of parents appreciated this company for their vision and mission.
More then ten to twelve toys collected from this shop in last few months .Also seen it's fantastic result . How kids love to play in their mind and we understand they are studying ,no fillings can be better then this filling.
Prices of these products is like pea nuts when we see the results.Results may be vary also depends home atmosphere and kids nature.

I just bought my grandkids a bunch of really cool toys from this store, and let me tell you, I am super impressed with how awesome they are. These toys are not only tough but they also spark a lot of creativity in playtime, which is perfect for my grandkids to flex their imaginations. Every time I get them a toy from this store, it's always a major hit and they can't get enough of playing with it. I would totally suggest these toys to anyone in need of top-notch and fun toys for kids.
Puzzle set
I got this puzzle set and it was like super easy to order on the website! The shipping came crazy fast, and the puzzle set showed up at my house in just a few days. I couldn't wait to give it to my younger sister as a gift, and she totally geeked out over it! The puzzle pieces were real nice quality, and the pictures were adorable. If you're looking for a cool and educational gift for kids, I totally suggest checking out this site.
Granddaughter toys
Ordered some toys for my granddaughter and they came just as advertised. Really happy with how well-made they are, they're perfect for my 2-year-old to have fun with.
Icecream set missing piece
Wow, I can't believe it. I bought this ice cream set for my son, who has autism and doesn't talk, and he lost a piece. I tried to get some spare parts and the response I got was so sarcastic. It's like they can't even believe I asked for help. It's just not right. Other companies like Lego and K'nex have always been so nice and helpful when I needed replacement parts. Come on, Melissa and Doug, step up your game!
Puzzle set purchase
This company is great to work with! I had some questions before buying, but they were quickly addressed. The puzzle set I purchased was totally worth it - really good quality and long-lasting. I'll definitely be returning to Melissa and Doug for gifts for my grandkids down the line.
Fun and Creative Toys
I really love shopping at this place because they have the best toys that let me use my imagination and have tons of fun for hours. The customer service is super friendly and the store has an awesome variety of toys.
Playset purchase
I want to share about my recent experience ordering a playset from a big online store and it was a major letdown. I placed my order weeks ago, but the playset never showed up. I tried reaching out to their customer service by email a bunch of times, but got zero response or any info about where my order was at. It's clear to me that this store doesn't really care about its customers or making sure orders get out on time. They not only dropped the ball on delivering what I paid for, but they also haven't given me my money back for a purchase I made two months ago.
Purchase - Kids toys
I recently bought some toys for kids from this company and man, I was pretty let down with both the toys and the customer service. The quality of the toys was not up to par with what I expected. And to top it off, when I contacted customer service about a missing piece, they were not helpful at all - in fact, they were pretty dismissive. It's just not right for a company to not offer replacement parts, especially for kids' toys where things can easily get lost. I've dealt with other toy companies before that were more than willing to send replacement parts either for free or for a fee, but Melissa and Doug really dropped the ball on this one in terms of customer service.
Fold & Go barn toy
I just bought the Fold & Go barn toy and I have to say, I was really let down by it. The quality was terrible, with splintering wood and chipped paint all over the place. It looked awful and even had paint smudges on the handle. When I reached out to customer service on Facebook, they were super rude and not helpful at all. They said they couldn't ship to my location, which made me wonder how I was even able to buy it in the first place. All in all, my experience with the Fold & Go barn toy was a big disappointment and I won't be buying from this brand again.
Fishing game for Christmas
So I got this fishing game for Christmas, and I was so hyped about it, you know? But when I opened it up and started playing, it was totally not what I was expecting. The string was so short, my little sister couldn't even reach it properly! And the wheel had a different number from the picture, like what's the deal with that? Don't show one thing and then give another, that's just not right. I wanted to shoot them an email to express how let down I felt, but they never even bothered to respond. Like, seriously? I thought customer service was all about helping customers, not ignoring them. Total bummer, dude. I definitely won't be giving them any more of my money if this is how they're gonna treat people.
Missing parts in toy set
I bought this toy set from a company and was so bummed to find out it was missing parts. I contacted customer service and they just said they couldn't send me the missing pieces. It's not cool at all because it was totally false advertising. I've never had this problem with any other toy company - usually they replace missing parts without any hassle. Now my daughter is upset that she doesn't have the full set like we thought.
Poor quality toys
I was really bummed out by the toys I bought. The paint kept coming off and making a mess whenever my kiddo played with them. Even when I tried to clean them, the paint would just wipe right off with a paper towel and some water. I reached out to customer service, sent them some pics of the problem, but never heard back. The whole return process was a pain too - had to send the toys back to their warehouse and write a return number on a piece of paper. I don't feel good about donating these toys since I don't want some other kid to deal with the same messy situation. Looks like my only option is to use them as kindling for a fire.
Play set order for Christmas
I ordered a play set for my kid for Christmas, but then found out weeks later that it wouldn't arrive until after the holidays because it was on back order. The communication and customer service were really lacking and it was super disappointing.
Wooden toy return
I bought two wooden toys for my kid, but then he got the same ones as a gift from a family member. So, I tried to return the toys, but man, what a pain! I had to fork over money for shipping and the whole process was just not smooth. It's been over a month since I sent the toys back and I still haven't gotten any word on my refund. Customer service has been no help at all and they're not responding to my messages. All in all, it's been a pretty frustrating ordeal.
