I just bought a custom computer from this company and their service was top-notch! The sales team really knew their stuff and helped me pick out the perfect specs for my computer. They delivered it super fast and when I had a small issue, their after-sales support took care of it right away. I had another computer from them that lasted 8 years without a hitch, so I knew I had to go with them again.
Laptop return refund
I just had to return a laptop to this store, and let me tell you, it took forever to get my money back. I showed them everything to prove that the laptop was fine, but it still took them 3 whole weeks to inspect it and give me my refund. It was super frustrating, and I really hope they can speed up their refund process going forward.
