Need some attention February 4, 2021

Well initially things were gone better ,two years back story I use rechargable batteries of different sizes and usages I restricted to the particular purchase only
As I said things were fine and delivered quite good on given time But later some times near January 2020 I found some issue First in delivery when I need to follow up them for despatch I can say need some improvement in back up team to talk politely with customers who are already in tension due to No information status Almost five to six time I used this web site Last two were very probalamatic for me I would like to advise Micro team to take care of this ,you may loose your customer.
