The first time I rolled the bag it squeaked, and that pretty much summed up my experience. I hesitated before buying — price felt high for what I saw online and I’ve owned proper hard-shells before (Rimowa-ish). Still I ordered. Then the wheel failed fast. Customer service stalled. One rep, Dexter, answered every message and refused to escalate. They promised a replacement in December; it's mid-February and nothing. So my doubts never really went away. A shame — looks OK, but build and support are disappointing.

Would buy again, probably for the spouse next time, for shorter trips.

But the company rules are what sting: the wording about 100-day returns and lifetime warranty reads one way in their ads and another in the fine print. Dry, factual takeaway — good-feeling hardware, poor after-sale logic. I won’t be ordering from them again until their return policy makes real sense.
