Halfway through tearing open the box I knew something was off — parts bent, wrong lift entirely. I hesitated before buying because I’d been burned by cheap gear and needed a ramp to save my back while working on my bike. I reached out, they refused to help. Still stuck, annoyed but not surprised.
Solid but wrong for my porch
Walked up to the porch and stared at this ramp. It looked sturdy, but it drags on the ground on every step. I bought it through Amazon from a third-party seller. It just doesn't fit my setup. It catches, scrapes, and makes getting in harder, not easier. Trying to return it was a mess. Seller refused to schedule a pickup. Amazon wouldn't help since it was sold by a third party. Felt shrugged off — rude emails, no real support. I'm 66 and disabled, so this matters. I probably wouldn't recommend them. Wish they'd offer pickups or clearer measurements. Still, it's solid.
