Opened the box after what felt like ages (three weeks) and immediately noticed the sizes were all over the place. I ordered two pairs, used their size chart carefully, but one “M” felt like a different country’s M and the other was labelled XXL but was tighter than expected. Annoying. The company’s reply was basically that everything was fine and I was the problem — not helpful. That said, once on, the material is decent weight, seams feel solid, pockets sit right and they wear comfortably after a short break-in. I ended up keeping them and getting one hemmed (not ideal). So service and sizing guidance were weak, delivery slow, but the actual product feels competent for the price (and I’ve had worse from other brands).

I sent photos of my ID and recent mail to prove it, but at first it felt like just going in circles. The good part: the MyFaceboxer team actually answered quickly and kept communicating. They offered to resend, which would’ve been great if this had happened earlier — but it was too late for a Christmas gift. Then they offered a refund and processed it promptly once I agreed. So yeah, the end result wasn’t perfect, but the seller handled their side reasonably well. I’m still annoyed the carrier lost the package — and that the initial emails sounded like a canned “your address is wrong” reply — but the customer service walked it back and gave workable options. If I could tweak things, I’d tell the company to push harder with the carrier instead of shifting blame, and maybe add clearer real-time tracking so this kind of headache doesn’t happen. Also, for anyone else thinking about this around the holidays: order earlier than you think, and maybe double-confirm courier options. Overall, not the smoothest experience, but not a total disaster either. I appreciated the refund speed; I just wish my niece had her gift on time.
