Trying to replace my husband's old wallet turned into a mess. I made two orders. The first arrived as an empty box — nothing inside — and customer service asked me to pay extra shipping to resend, even though it was their mistake. They only offered to refund shipping, not the whole order, which was maddening. The second I paid extra for faster shipping (said 3–6 business days) but they set arrival for Jan 15, 2024. When it came the wallet was actually nicer than I thought — decent leather, fits my daily cards — which surprised me. Still, delivery and support ruined it; I won't order again.
Tiny but kind of charming
Okay, so here's the deal — I ordered two custom dog keyrings to look like my pup. I only got one, and honestly it's tiny, way smaller than I pictured, like a dime-sized charm. It also doesn't quite capture my dog's goofy face, but it's kind of adorable anyway, I keep smiling at it. Shipping was quick, so points for that. Customer service was a little frustrating — they kept sending the generic help page when I emailed, which felt lazy. I've had worse from other shops, though. For the price I expected a bit more, but overall it's a cute trinket. Would I order again? Maybe, with clearer photos.
Not worth the hype
Honestly, I wouldn't buy these again — felt like a waste. I bought two personalized wallets for my dad and my boyfriend after spotting the ad on Instagram and telling my sister about the deal, so I really wanted them to be nice. They arrived a day early, which was great, but the prints look washed out and the "engraving" is just a flat print, not carved at all. The leather (if that's what it is) feels thin and the photos don't sit well on the surface. Might work if you need something cheap and functional, but not for gifts. Returns are basically blocked unless "defective" and their site reviews are unrealistically glowing. Left feeling annoyed and stuck.
Good save, mixed results
if tracking goes weird, contact them early. They respond and will try to fix it. Also, packing was fine, no damage, which was a relief, and overall value felt fair given the attention they gave.
Strange, slightly ruined gift
someone in production should have flagged it and asked for a retake. Instead I had to beg for a redo, they refunded half, and I was forced to reorder while paying extra for the fastest shipping. I’m sort of relieved they offered any refund at all — so, grateful for that, weird as it sounds — but annoyed I had to chase them and repeat myself multiple times to a customer service rep who gave generic responses. I showed the item to friends and family; they were confused too. I tried contacting the delivery company and got nothing back. Bottom line: product handling and support were sloppy, but at least my earlier experience with them showed they can do it right, and the partial refund was something. Would be careful next time, and double-check proofs — insist on an actual human approving it.
