I was skeptical at first, but when my dress came back the fit was spot on and I actually felt beautiful. Small hiccup with timing, but totally worth it — recommend.

I wasn't thrilled with the first offer — they suggested I pay extra to remake it — nope. After pushing a bit, they offered to remake and rush it with a discount, plus a partial refund while I waited. The replacement showed up later than I wanted but when I tried it on it actually fit better than I feared; the fabric felt weighty but soft, the lining was smooth, zipper slid fine, and the delicate stitching held up. It's not perfect — there were a few barely visible loose threads — but overall I'm relieved and pretty happy I didn't cancel. Would've liked faster delivery, but the dress itself feels good and was worth the hassle in the end.
