I live and breathe art as an enthusiast, and a collector.
A colleague recently introduced me to Oliver Gal art, as we were unfamiliar. For the most part, I found that most of the artistic production is via print (not original/handmade). Although I like several pieces, the vast majority of the art nearly replicates artists like Andy Warhol to the extent of piracy in a sense. Furthermore, most Oliver Gal bestsellers are dependent on the exploitation of luxury fashion logos for profit. I'm shocked that this is legal, and id disgraceful to real artists.
Couldn't agree more. Most of their "work" is right click digital clipart that anybody can find. Talentless hacks...
