Making homes truly beautiful
It is really fantastic how affective the range of products are there with one kings lane to beautify my home.
I was always looking for stuff to do at my home. Me and my husband saved a lot at our earlier years and bought our dream house.
My just passion here is to decorate and make our home as best as possible.
One king lane transformed it, to say the least.
They have homeware that elevate your interior and make it more a unique visual quality to your house. Some of their products are bit on costly side but the quality is something you only find when you order it.

I just got this really nice piece of furniture from this company, but it came damaged. The customer support team really stepped up and went above and beyond to help me out. When I first reached out, Jesus A. got back to me right away. Then Roxana took over and kept me updated with really professional, friendly, and caring communication. They made sure I knew exactly what was going on every step of the way, which helped me feel calm and confident that they would take care of the issue. Their level of professionalism and kindness was really impressive and hard to come by these days. I can't thank them enough for the exceptional service they provided.
Mirror purchase
I recently bought a mirror from this company and had to reach out to their customer service team to ask about the weight of the mirror. My building supervisor told me I needed to make sure the mirror wasn't too heavy for the walls in my older co-op building. The customer service rep I talked to, let's call them 'A', was super knowledgeable and professional. 'A' quickly found my order info, told me the mirror's weight, and gave me some helpful details about the return policy just in case. 'A's patience and friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and I was really happy with the service I received.

I had a really awesome experience with the customer service team at this company. I reached out to them a couple of times and had the chance to chat with two different representatives, Jesus and Francisco. They were super helpful, honest, and really knew their stuff. It was such a relief to talk to actual people who could give me the right info. It's great to see that there are still companies out there that care about their customers. Huge thanks to the customer service team at this company for all their amazing support and help.
Lounge chairs purchase
I recently bought a pair of lounge chairs from this online store. But then I found the exact same chairs on another website for $300 less, even after using a 20% discount when I bought them. I was pretty annoyed by the price difference, so I contacted their customer service to complain. Luckily, I got a quick reply from a rep named Andrea. She totally got where I was coming from and quickly sorted out a refund for me. I gotta give it to them, this online store really knows how to take care of their customers.
Lamp purchase lacking wattage info
I recently tried to buy a lamp from this online store, but got bummed out because they didn't list the wattage. However, when I emailed Customer Service, I was really happy with how fast and helpful Rodrigo was. He kept me posted on his search for the missing info and ended up coming through for me with the wattage details. That kind of dedication and focus on making customers happy is what stood out to me in this whole service ordeal.
Cabinet
I bought a cabinet from this company not too long ago, and I started to notice that one of the drawers had a finish that didn't match the rest, which was really bugging me. So, I decided to contact customer service, and Bianca E. was so amazing in helping me out. She tried to get the manufacturer to switch out the drawer, and when that didn't work, she went out of her way to get the entire piece replaced for free. Her exceptional follow-up and solving of the issue have definitely earned my loyalty as a customer.
