Business cards
The first batch of my business cards was a total mess - they printed a design I didn't even approve, so I was pretty upset about that. But I needed the cards ASAP, so I sent in a corrected design right away. I gotta say, the new cards came out looking really good. The customer service folks were cool about everything and gave me a credit for my next order, which was a nice touch. Overall, even though it was a bit of a pain, I'm happy with how everything turned out. I'll probably order from them again in the future.

I've been using this printing service for years and I've always been super impressed with how easy it is to use and how quickly they get things done. I just got some business cards from this company, and man, it was a total disaster. The first ones they sent me had mistakes all over them, and getting them to correct it was like trying to get blood from a stone. The customer service was no help at all and seemed like they didn't care. It took forever, more than 10 days, for them to finally print me some new ones and even longer for them to show up. Don't bother with them, find a different place for your printing stuff.

Oh my gosh, let me tell you about the business cards I ordered. It seriously took forever to get them fixed and it was so frustrating. I'm definitely going to stick with VistaPrint from now on.

Custom business cards with unique design
I just got some business cards made with a cool design that had images going all the way to the edge. I made sure to explain exactly how I wanted the bleed to look, but there was a mix-up between the salesperson and the tech team. So my cards ended up with a white border instead of the cool dripping effect I had in mind. I was pretty bummed out because the final product didn't match what I had imagined.
Business cards were poorly cut
I was really disappointed with the business cards I got. They were poorly cut, with white space on the sides that made them look unprofessional. The edges were sharp and uneven, not at all what I was hoping for. Overall, the quality of the cards was just really low. I definitely wouldn't use this service again.

Oh my gosh, you won't believe it! I finally got my order, but a few of the cards were totally not cut right. It's such a bummer, I was really looking forward to them. I hope they can fix this mistake!
Business cards with noticeable "shavings"
I just got some business cards from this one place and found them pretty disappointing. There were these weird 'shavings' all over them from when they were cut, which made them look kind of unprofessional. I've gotten cards from this same company in the past and they were fine, but this time the quality just wasn't there.
My order being held and causing late delivery
I ordered something really cool online, you know? But then they said I put it on hold when I didn't! That made it come late and I couldn't use it when I wanted to, man, that really stinks.

I just bought some stuff I needed for a two-day event, but it got here late so I couldn't even use it on the first day. And to top it off, the quality wasn't as good as I thought it would be. The business cards they have here seemed good at first glance, but when I really checked them out, I noticed the cuts were all crooked. They looked more like strange parallelograms instead of clean rectangles. It's almost like someone was cutting them blindfolded. Not cool at all. I even saw some cards that were totally different shapes from each other. Not a good look. Makes me wonder if the boss, Brett, is too busy golfing to care about the quality of his business's products.
Premium Overnight Shipping
I just shelled out extra cash for that fancy overnight shipping, fully expecting my stuff to show up on my doorstep the next day. But boy was I let down - my order didn't even ship until the day after, and then it took a whole five days to finally get to me. I needed those things ASAP, so I ended up scrambling to make a last-minute order from a different company. And even after I reached out about the delay, I got zero explanation, no refund, not a single apology. Man, talk about a bummer of an experience.
Takes more than 3 weeks to get business cards
I will never order from them again. I ordered on the 7th. It is now the 23rd and still no business cards. I called and was just left on hold. No customer service at all.
