Takes more than 3 weeks to get business cards

100ct Business Cards
Not only did our order come much later than expected, it came to the wrong address entirely. When I called to follow up about the order, the customer service agent was apathetic at best, and had me on hold for over half of my time on the phone. The best they could do was reprint and resend my order to ship a week after I REordered, so almost a full two weeks after they originally should have arrived. Horrible service, and horrible customer care. Do NOT use this company.

Business cards
The printing quality is absolutely atrocious. The information is not consistently centered across the cards, and most of them are very right justified and not centered. The registration of the color is blurry, and the saturation of the ink is horrible. All the text is fuzzy. As a design firm the quality of your product is absolutely worthless to me, and on top of all that, paid for rush delivery for Monday and they did not arrive till Wed. Too late for me to use them when I needed them.
