First overseas shopping experience
How much I am paying doesn't matter if any product liked from bottom of heart .I am from India ,condition applied to buy two hundred plus dollars order as minimum for shipping free.
I was just short to meet minimum purchase line
Being a student living in hostel was failing to manage it.
Further four five days hard working for the Perry apparels to some more partners ,reached to shipping point .
One hooded navy color jacket picked in three numbers and same number of Color Block sneakers .Sneakers cost was heavy for us but as said ,this was matter of deep choice.
We all three partners waited long to receive my parcels .
Finally received and delighted.Yes,our choices were absolutely fantastic.shirts
OMG, the SLOWEST and worst services I've ever had online. So I made 5 orders within a 5 day period. 3 of the orders came back with items out of stock, when all showed in stock on the website. So only about 40% of the items I ordered ended up shipping. So I'm still waiting to receive my first order, it's been almost 2 weeks. The shipping method they use is the slowest I've ever seen. THE WORST ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Underwear
If I could give a -2 star i would. I ordered 3 pairs of underwear 3+ weeks ago and all they can say is a canned response say that carriers nationally are experiencing longer shipping times. What i find funny is that i have placed 10 orders at different companies across the US and have received them all expect the one from Perry Ellis. You are better off ordering from any other company as they don't even seem to care. I find that Fed Ex is usually the culprit, but they don't seem to mind as they got their money.
