Mother's Day gifts - Pink Azalea plant and Pink Rose bush
I just bought a couple of Mother's Day gifts from this shop - one was a lovely Pink Azalea plant and the other was a Pink Rose bush. Let me tell you, both plants were top-notch and the people I gave them to loved them. The Pink Azalea plant bloomed super pretty and the Pink Rose bush had these delicate, fragrant blooms that were amazing. The ordering process was easy-peasy and the customer service was excellent. The prices were fair for the quality of the plants. They delivered the plants right on time and kept me updated on the shipping. I really recommend this shop if you want to get some quality plants as gifts.
Bonzai plant purchase
I just bought this Bonzai plant from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how things went down. The website was easy to use and ordering was a piece of cake. Only thing is, I wish they'd given me more updates on when my delivery would arrive. The packaging was top-notch and all the plants came in perfect shape. The only bummer was the Bonzai soil - it was a mess when I watered it. On top of that, one of the plants had some white stuff on the leaves. But you know what, despite all that, I'd probably shop with them again in the future.
Plants for delivery
I got some plants from this company for delivery and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how it all went down. The plants showed up looking just like they did on the website and got to me right on time, which was awesome. The only thing that bugged me was that the person I talked to when I ordered didn't mention a sale or free shipping deal. But once I pointed it out, they ended up crediting me for the shipping, so that was cool. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll probably order from them again down the road.
Lemon button fern and Brazil in coconut shell hanging planter
The lemon button fern and Brazil plant in the coconut shell hanging planter weren't doing so hot at first, so I had to repot them. The Brazil plant is kicking butt now, but the lemon button fern is still having a tough time. So, I swapped out the plants in the coconut shell planters for different ones, and those are thriving now. All in all, everything worked out in the end.
Misleading description
I just bought a bonsai tree from this company, and I gotta say I'm really disappointed. The tree I got is way smaller than what was shown in the picture and what was listed for its size. It's cute and all, but definitely not what I thought I was getting for the amount I paid. I contacted customer service and they sent me a slightly taller tree, but it's still way too tiny. The measurements they had on the website when I made my purchase were also wrong, making me think I was getting a much bigger tree. Honestly, I feel deceived and not happy with what I got.

Although the plant is beautiful, it arrived three days after my special event. When I placed the order, I specifically requested a delivery date which was not met by Plants.com. While I understand when dealing with live items shipped from opposing sides of the country, promises made on a website to deliver are unkept promises. If you cannot deliver, and know you cannot deliver, do not laso me in promising the item will make it on time, For this reason I will not be ordering from plants.com in the future.
Money Tree
Purchased a money tree for wife for valentines day. They sent an email confirming delivery date. It didnt arrive. I called number listed on email. They said its still out for delivery if not there in 30 min call back. I call back now they said thats not their company and they cant help me. I never got my order and have no way of calling anyone about it. This is the worse experience ive had from buying anything online. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
2 small succulents in small planters- NEVER ARRIVED
I'm guessing it is very hard to love a gift that just never shows up. This really disappointed my mother, as I was *really excited to send her a gift I knew she'd love. I did not have a back up gift, as we live far away. This caused me unnecessary stress and phone calls during my work day. DO NOT RECOMMEND and I would never trust this retailer with something important ever again. I am still awaiting a phone call from a supervisor.
Peace Lily
Purchased two Peace Lily plants for my office. One arrived and looked like the photo on the website. The other one had dead blooms, was less than half the size of the other one and wilting leaves. I contacted customer service. The only solution according to them was a 25% refund which was unacceptable. They do not take care of their customers and customer satisfaction is not their top priority. I would not recommend buying from plants.com and I never will again. Grossly overpriced and bad customer service.
peace plant
I placed an order that was supposed to arrive July 7th.
No confirmation of the order and no delivery.
When I dial the number associated with the charge on my amex card, I get 1800 flowers....!!! ??? I called numerous times, and always get the same wrong number. They are not associated with plants.com and of course cannot help me.
So, forget it, I am disputing the charge and will never deal with them again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !2 rosemary trees
I ordered 2 rosemary trees and they began to wilt when I took them out of the box, they were seriously root bound and one died immediately and the other had to be re potted and hopefully it will live. The company is sending a replacement, but for the price I should not have had to re pot that soon and enjoy them over the holidays .
Plant
When my plant arrived the pot was cheap and plastic made in China and cracked. They were nice about sending a new replacement pot but sent a dirty unattractive completely different pot than the original and what's advertised on the website. Do not recommend. Actually customers should go buy the plant they want from a their local nursery and actually pick out and pay for a quality pot for it.
