Disappointing quality and delayed delivery
I recently bought some stuff from this company and it was a total mess. It took more than 6 weeks to get just half of my order, and the items didn't look anything like they did in the pictures. The quality was awful, and I was really upset that I didn't check the reviews before trusting them. It's obvious that they care more about their website and ads than actually coming through for their customers. Needless to say, I won't be falling for their tricks again.
Faux fur coat disappointment
I can't believe how terrible this faux fur coat is that I got from this company. It looks nothing like what they showed on their site - like, not even close. The material is so cheap and nothing close to faux fur. It's not even good enough for my dog to sleep on! And then, when I complained to customer service, they just brushed me off and asked for pictures. Like seriously, do they think I have time to prove their scam? Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company.
Unreliable service
My experience with this online store really sucked. I ordered some stuff, but it never showed up. When I tried to talk to customer service about where my stuff was, they were no help at all. And then when I tried to file a complaint, the verification code they gave me didn't even work. It was so annoying and I ended up feeling super frustrated and disappointed.
Dress, shoes, and accessories
I'm so annoyed with this online store, they're seriously lacking in communication and transparency. Back in January, I ordered a dress, shoes, and accessories, but I still haven't gotten anything. Not only that, but they haven't given me any updates or tracking info either. I tried calling their customer service, but after waiting on hold for over an hour and a half my phone died. It's just not right for a company to keep their customers in the dark like this.
Shoddy clothing, wrong size, customer service, refund refusal
My experience with this company was so frustrating and disappointing. I ordered some clothes, but when they showed up, they were total garbage and didn't even fit right. I tried to get my money back by reaching out to customer service, but they hit me with all kinds of crazy requests and excuses. They wanted SKU numbers, photos, and made me do all this extra stuff, just to turn around and deny me a refund. Dealing with this shady company ended up being a big waste of my time and money.
Excited to order cute clothes
I was really looking forward to getting some cute clothes, but when they arrived, they were such low quality and the sizes were totally off for someone like me. I attempted to call the number they gave, but my call got cut off after 4 rings. Now I'm struggling to send back the clothes and it's just really frustrating. This company is totally sketchy and should definitely be shut down in the US. I found their address on Facebook and they seem like a terrible company in general.
Unfortunate experience with this online retailer
The prices may have been attractive, but man, the quality of the clothes I got was terrible! I tried hitting up customer service multiple times but got no response. It was so annoying not being able to actually talk to someone about my problems. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying anything from this company.
Women’s Clothing
The stylish clothes are sized for Asian women but material is thin almost see thru, seams are poorly finished. Their clothing photography is fantastic. Not USA company so they operate on shady business practices. No consumer protection there.

Shoes
No response to messages. Took my money and have no tracking info. No answer to their phone number. Have not received products. I will send a letter to Department of Commerce and to facebook about possibly scam or fraud.

I am a medical staff member of the medicine. I am taking a break this month. Is your company playing illegal things? I withdrew my Credit Card money after ordering clothes. There is no delivery and no one answers the phone. The email is returned. If you still have no reply, I will report and sue your website.

shoes
I purchased ladies shoes as a gift for my wife, they arrived loose in a plastic bag, they are of such low quality that they are unwearable as the heel on one shoe is defective and very crooked. I asked for a refund but all my emails are unanswered. Do not purchase from these people as they are charlatans.
Blouse
Ordered beautiful blouse and shoes. Paid by credit card. Card was charged but never received blouse or shoes. No answer from company when I called. Do NOT buy from Prestarrs.

A few dresses.
I got a dress a coat that was not XL, it was actually smaller and they don't accept returns nor exchanges for correct size. They replied they could give a voucher though. However, I used it, and I had to wait 1.5 months to ask them why it hasn't shipped. They said that they had trouble getting that order and offered me the same voucher. I ordered a different dress and waited 1 month. I wrote to them, what's happening, and they said that my order was automatically cancelled, and that they would remake the voucher. This is the third time trying to use the same voucher and it's been 2 weeks and they still don't create the voucher. They are responding slowly now. And the last two replies were to confirm if I understand and accept the voucher. In each reply I said yes. I'm still waiting for my voucher to be active. It's very sad.

I ordered three dresses. I received two of the three.
The prices were great. I like the one dress very much. One was too small, but was nice. I gave it to my daughter. The third did not come. I tried email and no response. I tried phone call and was on hold for over an hour. I never did get a person. I sent a review on their sight and they said my dress was sent to Clinton, N.J. I sent another review in hopes of finding an answer to why my dress was sent to N. J. instead of Washington state where I live. I will not order from them again.
This company is no-good do not buy from them ihave try to call them they do not answer i need a return label I was on the phone over and hour.
6 Dresses
I ordered 6 dresses on 4/22/2020. I received one dress. I have been calling and emailing now for 2 weeks with no response as to where the other 5 dress are. This is a total SCAM!!

Overall, all the dresses that I bought are super cheaply made and the seam lines are horribly sewed together. All are not exactly as what it shows in their webpage. Sizes are completely off, color are dull & faded, and delivery is 1 month to receive my orders.hey im sorry this happend to you hopefully you used your credit card and the banks got you your money back im am curently trying to contact customer service with no luck im going to call my bank instead

Blue/white poke dot maxi dress
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I was fine with the shipment delay, as it was contributed toward Covid19. I was happy with the price. However, I am disappointed, unhappy, and angry about the dress. It does not look anything like what I ordered. Although customer service has been responsive they continue to offer me a $6 Voucher or refund. I paid $25 USA dollars including shipping, which they say they will deduct from the total if I send the dress back. I sent pictures of what I ordered versus what I received. Subpar is the best way to describe this ugly dress. If you buy from them you’re taking a HUGE risk

I ordered a pretty white dress in January. I got it about 30days later. OMG! It's the size of a blouse. My whole order merchandise size XL would only fit a size 1. I tried to wear the shoes but the tongue came off in my hand. (trash) My order total was $300.48... To return the merchandise, the Post Office wanted $95. I asked for return label but have not received it. I used my American Express. My billed showed Paypal as the middle merchant. No one helps.

You guys ripped me off! I bought a Round neck Floral printed maxi dress in green . You have never sent my dress and I doubt I ever will! Shame on you!
